24 Sea Mist is a lovely two-story home that is perfect for guests looking to take full advantage of Fripp Island’s many amenities. Ideally located just a short walk from the Cabana Club, Activity Center, and Camp Fripp, this recently renovated home offers both comfort and convenience.

The home features free wireless internet and an extra-large deck off the family room with a wall-to-wall sliding glass door system, allowing for breathtaking, expanded views of Skull Creek, the marsh, and the Atlantic Ocean from the living space. The open floor plan on the main level showcases a brand-new kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances, tall white cabinetry, and stunning Blue Bahia granite countertops, along with a Keurig coffee maker. Enjoy peaceful evenings in the renovated family room with a 60-inch flat-screen smart TV—no noisy dishwasher to interrupt your relaxation.

The main level is finished with plank porcelain tile that resembles driftwood, while new carpet has been installed in all bedrooms. Also on the first floor is a queen bedroom with a TV and access to a small front deck. A full hall bathroom features a single vanity and a walk-in shower.

Upstairs, you’ll find two additional bedrooms and convenient laundry access. One bedroom features a king bed and a twin bed, a TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination and single vanity. The hallway includes a full-size, side-by-side washer and dryer.

The primary suite is located upstairs and faces the inlet, offering beautiful ocean views. This spacious retreat features a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, double vanity, and soaking tub.

The home also features seating on the decks for relaxing and enjoying the views. At the back of the house, near the inlet, there is a sandy area with a grill, perfect for outdoor fun and dining. The garage is available for guest use and can be accessed from the exterior of the home.

A 4 seat golf cart is included with your rental (excluding monthly rentals). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural scenic beauty of the island and an excellent way to visit to our unique amenities.

Also included in your rental are up to 7 guest cards! These cards are required for access to all resort amenities including restaurants and bars, pools (opened year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, fitness center, and more. For current hours of operation please visit our Hours of Operation page on the Resort site as some hours adjust seasonally. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted rates on golf and tennis.

Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
