Open floor plan with large kitchen, dining, and living area with 55-inch tv offering cable and streaming service. Take in the same views from the large back deck or in the separate Carolina Room furnished with a cozy seating area, a large TV, and a variety of games, puzzles, and books for the entire family to enjoy. Two of the bedrooms also have smart TVs so you can enjoy streaming services. This home also includes beach chairs and umbrellas for those beautiful Fripp Island days spent playing in the water and sand.

Outside there is a large grill, outdoor shower, separate fish cleaning area, and some beach toys provided by the owner. This home offers easy access to all the activities on Fripp with just a 5-minute golf cart ride.
