This meticulously designed 1100 sq ft loft was built in 2024 and is situated above our detached garage on a tranquil 11-acre country property. The distance from the main house offers privacy while you immerse yourself in the beauty of nature as sunlight floods the space through oversized windows, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

This thoughtfully curated loft features a large mudroom upon entry, and showcases a modern aesthetic with an electric fireplace, full sized washer and dryer, new appliances, quartz countertops and is equipped with everything you might need to create gourmet meals. The open floor plan seamlessly connects the living and kitchen areas, providing a spacious environment for relaxation. Wireless satellite internet, and large screen televisions with access to Netflix and various other streaming services are available. Step outside onto one of 3 private covered balconies (drop-down screens on the two larger patios to keep out insects in the warmer months) to take in views of the landscape. You may even catch a glimpse of our horses grazing in their paddock.

The master suite is thoughtfully designed with a luxurious king-sized bed, flat screen TV, walk-in closet, private access to the powder room, and a walk out balcony that provides a serene escape within the loft. For additional guests, the bunk room is ideal for families, and is equipped with 2 twin beds, and a cushioned bench - a perfect place to cozy up with a book.

In the summer, there is a full size tennis/pickleball court and single basketball net on the property, available for rent for $35/hr. If you anticipate renting the court, please let us know in advance so we can have the court cleared of debris and pickleball paddles/pickleballs ready for you. Pickleballs, Paddles and Basketballs are available during the rental. Please bring your own tennis rackets and tennis balls.

Whether you're seeking a relaxing escape or a home base for exploring nearby attractions, our country loft promises an unforgettable retreat. A quick 5 minute drive into town, 10 minutes to Osler, or 15 minutes to Blue Mountain or Devil's Glen. The beautiful and safe Train Trail is 350m from the front door, and is perfect for walking, running, biking, cross county skiing, or snowmobiling. In only 5kms (about an hour walk) you will be in the heart of Downtown Collingwood with access to Georgian Bay, as well as many incredible restaurants and shops. With these well-appointed sleeping spaces, ample parking for vehicles, and close proximity to local attractions, our loft is tailored to meet the diverse needs of your group, promising a restful and enjoyable stay for everyone.
