Onsite amenities include multiple pools, tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, a playground, an 18-hole putt-putt course, and fitness center. Guests also have exclusive access to the white sandy beaches this area is well known for via the Gulf Highlands Beach House Restaurant, a full-service restaurant also inclusive of a beachside pool. Immerse yourself in the charm of the coast, unwind in style, and let the soothing sounds of the Gulf of Mexico provide the soundtrack for your idyllic stay.



The home’s bright and fresh interior is a welcome sight at the end of long days spent in the sun, with cool tile flooring and soothing neutral tones helping to keep the heat at bay. The chic, coastal inspired décor ensures that the themes of sand and surf remain close to mind. Spend your well-earned downtime relaxing in the living room on the comfortable sofa or armchair while you stream episodes of your favorite show on the smart TV. The quaint kitchen comes well-equipped and ready to assist in preparing light meals and storing all your food supplies. Hop up to the counter on the high-top stools to enjoy a quick bite before heading out the door. Start your day off right with a fresh cup of coffee and step out onto the balcony to enjoy it in the plentiful sunshine as you breathe in the fresh ocean air.



This studio home comfortably sleeps 3 guests between a spacious king size bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed in an entryway nook. All beds have been fitted with crisp linens and soft blankets for a great night’s sleep. The home’s full guest bathroom includes a single vanity and walk-in shower.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Parking available for 1 vehicle. A parking pass is required and will be acquired upon entry at the gate.

• Pet friendly! Maximum 1 small dog allowed, 20 lbs or less. No cats permitted. An additional flat pet fee of $150 will be required. To pay your pet fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.

• Beach essentials, including a wagon, chairs, toys, and a Neso tent, are provided for guest convenience in the unit.

• A 24-hour supply of household amenities is included with the stay to get your vacation started!
