The lower level includes a third bedroom with a queen bed and a fourth bedroom with two sets of twin bunk beds. A bathroom with a shared bathtub and stand-up shower is also located on this level.

Seasonal ski access is available via an intermediate trail off the Lower Olympic Run. The ski-in route ends at roughly 100 stairs above the Northern Lights neighborhood, and ski-out requires climbing the same stairs before reconnecting with the trail. Access is typically available late December through March, depending on snow conditions.
