Middle-aged professional conservationist couple, we explore the world seeking eco-tourism venues, and seek to strive adventurous places with special people and families. The Quartz Creek Valley is one such special place, with few options to enjoy the area, without needing the equipment and where-with-all to camp in the high elevation.

Por que o anfitrião escolheu essa propriedade

Grew up exploring the Rocky Mountains and seek to spend more time there in the future. The family investment allows this while providing access to a limited number of others to enjoy this special area in comfort. The Cabin was built in 1975 and refurbished in 2009. Five generations have now enjoyed the cabin, and many continue the adventure on a regular basis.

A concept we call rugged luxury. In a short distance one can be practically in the wilderness and experience those attributes, then return to the warm family hearth and relish in rustic luxury.
