This is a budget-friendly accommodation designed to provide outstanding value rather than luxury accommodations. While every effort has been made to prepare the property for your arrival, guests should understand that this is an RV, not a hotel or a newly constructed home. Minor cosmetic imperfections or the occasional maintenance item can be part of the experience and are reflected in the competitive nightly rate.
Our goal is for every guest to have a positive stay. If, upon arrival, you determine the property does not meet your expectations, simply let us know before checking in, and we will gladly provide a full refund. However, once you choose to check in and occupy the property, the rate is considered accepted, and no additional discounts, credits, or refunds will be provided for minor issues that are consistent with the property's budget-friendly nature.

Parking Information
The driveway and rear parking area are extremely compact and are suitable for compact cars only. Trucks, SUVs, vans, and oversized vehicles cannot be accommodated. If your vehicle does not fit safely within the designated parking space, paid parking is available in the adjacent parking lot at the guest's expense.
