Cozy three bedroom two bathroom condo located in Melbourne FL. Pool is just outside back entrance. This home accommodates six people with a queen size bed in the master bedroom, one full size bed in the second bedroom and two twin beds in the third bedroom. WiFi is available so enjoy your home away from home.

The Condo is located close to Florida Institute of Technology (FIT), Mallard Golf course, great restaurants, beaches, and other attractions. Approximately 10 minutes from Melbourne Airport, and less than an hour from Orlando International Airport and Walt Disney World. The space is furnished and very appropriate for families who are working with a tight budget as well as other guests.

Great location and good for the budget!

Staying at the condo was a really good fit for us. The kitchen was well set up so we stayed at the condo for breakfast and spent our money on fun! The condo was very quiet and well situated in the town of Melbourne. Beverly and Mavis were quick to respond if we had any questions.

The place was not as pictured. The closet door was broke, the blinds were missing slats, the kitchen was still dirty and the area didn’t feel safe. A lot of cars with broken out windows, and people arguing in the hallways. I ended up leaving and requesting my money back.

Thank you for sharing this review. Unfortunately this reviewer never stayed at the property. She requested to book for a term of five months but stated she was unable to afford the five-month payments to VRBO. After several requests to book month to month and then week by week I was not comfortable with the situation after realizing she was using two different names. After several days passed, surprisingly she instant booked then stated that she (reviewer) would not be the one staying at the property but someone else who could afford the payments would be arriving the next day; but she the reviewer was making the reservation using her credit card. On the day of arrival, the reviewer called to say the person who arrived would like to cancel and she (reviewer) would like a refund which I immediately honored. Our guests reviews speaks for themselves especially our returning guests who enjoy this property as their “home away from home.” It has always been a pleasure hosting, allowing guests to enjoy our space and we could have made your stay a great experience. For anyone who is considering booking and reading this review, please understand that this is not reflective of any of our guests’ experiences. As a host for many years on VRBO and other platforms this review is not a reflection of the Cozy Condo. I disagree with this review since the reviewer never entered the property.

Fun Month in Melbourne

We had a great month in this condo! Location was walking distance to many stores, fast food and shops. Close to golf course and park also. Mavis and Jennifer were easy to communicate with. We used pool almost every day. Just a drive over the causeway to beaches. Thanks for the great stay!

Unit was a good size and location was good. Place was clean. Beds were very uncomfortable, too soft. Sectional furniture was very low to the floor and difficult to get out of. We are seniors.

Researching East coast Florida properties

Clean. Listing details are accurate, Good location to shopping and beaches. Very quiet neighborhood. Friendly, helpful manager. Friendly owner. Very noisy AC unit. Master bedroom mattress too soft for our backs. Needs better lighting in living room. We stayed for 3 days and it was a good alternative to staying in a hotel. Best restaurant - Salt and Sweet. Recommend for a short term stay.

Beautifully decorated

The directions were easy. Jenny was the coordinator for the rental. She brought snacks in, just in case we arrived late and wanted munchies (We loved the personal touch). The property is well maintained, condo was clean. Beds were very comfortable. Only downfall would be a few extra pillows. I would suggest you bring some with you. We swiped the ones off the twin beds for our stay. It was truly a delightful area. Satellite Beach/Melbourne area is fairly simple to navigate. (Might I suggest checking out Friendly's restaurant & Ice cream parlor while you are there) Thank you Mavis

Comfy, cozy condo

My friends and I had a wonderful time at this comfy, cozy condo. The owner, Mavis and manager, Jennifer were so responsive. Cable went out and they immediately contacted the cable company who came out and fixed the problem on the pole outside the development. I also locked us out of the condo. Jennifer was understanding and made immediate arrangements for me to get another key. Condo was spotless and had everything we needed. One minor thing I would change is that the high top table and chairs were rough for our group of seniors. The condo development was quiet and near stores. We did use the coin laundry twice. The first time it was very dirty but the had been cleaned up when we used it the following week. We loved the Melbourne area. We dined out in amazing restaurants; Polish, Italian, seafood, Irish and even a french cafe. All were excellent. We loved the waterfront restaurants that are everywhere in the area. We enjoyed the German food and music at Heidi's Jazz Club and even went to see a play at a small theater in Cocoa Beach. Beaches are very close and just amazing. Overall, great vacation. Thank you Mavis and Jennifer.

Truly a Cozy Condo

The Cozy Condo is a clean, lovely and convenient spot. We were in Melbourne to be with a family member for surgery at Holmes Memorial Medical Center and the Cozy Condo was not only convenient to restaurants and shopping but was close to the hospital as well. This worked out very well for us. The host, Mavis and contact person. Jennifer were very accommodating and helpful.

Girls weekend getaway

The condo was clean and accommodations worked well for our weekend. Close to retail and beaches. Nice fridge with Ice/Water machine. Leaving goodies and water for guests was a nice touch. Pool outside condo was okay but unfortunately 'under maintenance' while we were there. Nice to have kitchen supplies, cooler, lawn chairs, beach items to use. Some areas of condo could use updating - patio doors and some bedroom furniture. Having kleenex and soap in both bathrooms would be a nice touch too.

The condo was as advertised. It was clean and well stocked. Easy communication with property.

We appreciated the clean bedrooms and bathrooms. The beds were possibly the most comfortable I have ever slept in. Seriously. The snacks left for us were a happy surprise. Our neighbors were quiet. The livingroom couch was very comfy- the only thing lacking was a throw to snuggle in while watching cable TV. :) The closet had plenty of bathroom towels and beach towels. Nitpicky things that you might care about (or not, we didn't.) The bathroom fans are loud and come on with the light switch. Middle of the night bathroom use can be disturbing to housemates. The fridge and AC were also loud when they came on. We are hoping to reserve again.

Loved it

We were in town for a softball tournament. We loved this cozy condo. Ms. Mavis was very helpful from the beginning. At arrival Ms. Jennifer had muffins, water and soda there for us. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The outside does not do the inside justice. Very happy with our stay and assistance from both the owner and management.

Lots of room, cozy and Jennifer is the best.

We enjoy our stay at the condo. We were there for over a week. There is Lots of room with wifi included. It's a ground floor condo so there are no stairs which is great. One thing that they do not have is a bbq. But Jennifer was awesome. We had a very late check in, she made sure we had coffee, muffins and orange juice for the next morning. If we had questions, she always had the answers. The pool is not heated but it was great to have there. Thank you for all your help Jennifer. We will defiantely be back.

Love Florida's beaches!!!

The cozy condo was very clean and welcoming. Our host was very friendly and checked to see if we needed anything. I might recommend that the mattresses be updated. We enjoy visiting the Melbourne area. We would come back when we are in the area.

Pictures were deceiving!

The cozy condo was a good location for our needs. It was a good size for our group. The pool was clean and nice but there were no chairs or furniture. Mavis left us some good muffins and tea, nice touch. The property was in very rough shape! The tennis courts looked unusable. Numerous sprinkler heads were broken off and there was flooding everywhere, including right outside our patio doors, every day. Plus, the water reeked like rotten eggs. We couldn't enjoy being outside until it dried up. There was never anyone in the office and it looked like it had been ransacked. The coffee pot was kind of scary, and it overflowed. The whole condo seemed pretty tired. Needs some attention to details! It would be nice if there were some lounge chairs to take to the pool. A small bistro set for the patio would also be a nice addition.

Thanks for taking the time to share this review....I am very sorry about your recent experience during your vacation. I can understand your frustration, however, I believe that this was not a very fair review. Choice of decor is very personal and has been appreciated my many guests. I truly apologize for the broken sprinklers which was caused by the lawn service during work. As for the onsite office, and the tennis courts, those areas are presently under repairs and are being updated. Please do not take this as a negative response as I truly appreciate and respect the views both positive and negative from all my guests. Reviews are life experiences from guests and great feedback to hosts as we try to to meet each guests needs.

Quiet location that is minutes from the beach!

Property was as listed and maintained. The service was outstanding and they worked to accommodate my family in any way possible. The condo walks out to a pool that goes up to 9ft deep! 5 minutes from the beach and about 1.5 hours from Disney. We were able to hit the beach, go to disney, see a rocket launch and visit wildlife refuges that were all within a fair driving distance. We ate at an outstanding Thai Restaurant that was right down the road. There are multiple stores including manyu walmarts within just 5 minutes if you need groceries or any miscellaneous items! Would recommend to any family!
