Welcome to Peoria Paradise, spacious home in a prime location! This stunning home offers 6 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, accommodating up to 20 guests comfortably.



Step outside to our outdoor oasis, where you'll find a heated pool perfect for year-round enjoyment. The 'Peoria Paradise' mural was completed by a local artist. For those seeking some friendly competition, our property features a mini golf course, a sports court, and a game room equipped with air hockey, foosball, arcade games, connect 4, pool table, and ping pong. Take a break and relax by the fire pit or on the comfortable loungers while enjoying a meal at the outdoor dining table. Grill enthusiasts will love the BBQ grill and outdoor swings provide the perfect spot for relaxation. There is also another fridge in the garage that is available for use!



Fitness enthusiasts will appreciate our in-home gym, complete with a Peloton Bike, yoga mats, and dumbbells.



This property is ideally located, just 2 miles away from the Peoria Sports Complex, home to Mariners and Padres Spring Training. The upstairs features Bedroom 1 with a luxurious King bed, Bedroom 2 and 3 with Queen beds, and Bedroom 4 with a Full bed. The basement offers Bedroom 5 with two Queen beds and Bedroom 6 with two Full Over Full Bunk Beds, accommodating a total of 4 beds. Each bedroom is equipped with a 40-inch smart TV.



There are 2 full bathrooms upstairs, a half bathroom on the main level, and 1 full bathroom in the basement.



Our living room features a 50-inch smart TV for your entertainment, while the game room boasts a 65-inch smart TV. Additionally, the basement is equipped with a 50-inch smart TV.



We understand that your furry companions are a part of the family, and we welcome dogs for an additional fee of $125 per stay. Please ensure your dog is crate trained and you clean up after them.



Parking is a breeze with a driveway that can accommodate 3 cars and additional street parking available.

Primary Guest must be at least 25 years of age to book this property.



First, we must inform you there are NO parties or events allowed at this property. There are state and city laws that must be respected, as well as our neighbors. Any parties or gatherings of any kind will result in a minimum fine of $2,000, and will be asked to check out with no refund. The home is outfitted with a Minut device (measures volume decibels; does not record) that notifies us when noise levels at the property exceed the set limit. This is a tranquil neighborhood that's best suited for guests looking for a relaxing getaway. We appreciate your understanding.



Heated pool fee is $100/night. The pool can be heated to about 20-25 degrees above the ambient temperature, please keep in mind that when the weather is cooler the pool may not be able to be heated to a warm enough temperature. Thank you!



Dogs are allowed for $125 per stay, up to 2 dogs included. Dog must be crate trained and please clean up after your dog.



The heated pool fee is $100/night. The pool can be heated to about 20-25 degrees above the ambient temperature; please keep in mind that when the weather is cooler may not be as warm as you might expect. For example, if the ambient nightly temperature is only 55 degrees, then the pool might heat up to 75-80 degrees. We recommend the pool is heated in the months between October to May each year. We require at least a 3-day notice before your arrival if you'd like the pool heated. Pool must be heated for the entirety of your stay. Thank you!



There is 1 exterior camera by the front door, solely to keep track of our cleaners :)



GUEST VERIFICATION:

To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed.



Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes:

- Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions.

- Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in.

- Paying a non-refundable $60 damage waiver. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out. This is collected either at the time of payment through the booking platform or afterward, depending on which platform you use to book.



The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you’re still at the property. We understand there is normal wear and tear at houses but should anything accidentally break or get stained during your stay please just let us know. Thank you!
