The Spurr House is located centrally in Florence.
We prefer to rent this home monthly but can make exceptions for shorter stays- just message us! We structured this home around housing UNA students and traveling healthcare. This home has everything you need for a longer term stay in our area! This space is designed to be budget friendly. Message us for monthly pricing.

The Spurr is a fully furnished home. Bedroom one is furnished with a new cozy queen size bed, tall nightstand, dresser, and Roku TV. The room is equipped with a ceiling fan, blinds, and curtains.

Bedroom two is furnished with a new cozy queen size bed, tall nightstands, chest of drawers, and a dressing bench. The room is equipped with a ceiling fan, blinds, and curtains.


Bedroom 3 is adorned with 2 matching twin beds, a dresser, modern lamps, ceiling fan, small chest in closet. The room is equipped with a ceiling fan, blinds, and curtains.


Our large kitchen features appliances such as a stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave. We also provide other small appliances and a keurig (with coffee!) The kitchen is stocked with the basics you need to cook for yourself or a large group. We provide: pots/pans, serving/mixing bowls, plates, bowls, utensils, cups, wine glasses, small crockpot, hand mixer, toaster, blender, cutting board with knives, fire extinguisher, dish towels, and more. The Spurr’s dining area features a modern table with 4 chairs.

The main living area is furnished with a large modern sectional sofa, a comfy chair, and ottoman. We provide WiFi and a large Roku flatscreen TV in the living area. Small tables, lamps, and a ceiling fan is also featured in the living area.

The second living area is what we like to call our vintage nook! It is adorned with all vintage furniture! This area has a sofa, chair, end tables, and a TV. The TV in this area is not a smart TV. It is mainly to be used with games you would like to bring, a DVD player, or your own smart stick.

The newly upgraded bathroom contains a stand-in shower. A blow dryer, fresh towels/wash cloths/hand towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided.

This space also features a washer and dryer free for guest use.


Guests will also be provided with a start up kit of shampoo/conditioner, body wash, resolve, dish soap with handle sponge cleaner, hand soap, laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, salt/pepper, spray oil, and oatmeal. Start up kits will not be replenished during stays. We provide a Roku TV and Wi-Fi. You can use the free channels on Roku or use your online accounts to watch your personal preferences. We have the TVs in guest mode so they will automatically sign you out of all the apps once you checkout. •Check in is at or after 4pm. Check out is at or before 11am. ****PLEASE NOTE: Sunday check- in time will be 5:30 pm or after. This allows our housekeepers to go to Sunday morning services. ** IF** they are finished early we will allow an earlier check in. THIS IS FOR SUNDAYS ONLY. Other day check-ins will be 3:30pm or after. ****

***Parking is in the back of the home*** This can be accessed through the alley behind the home. The parking area is mainly a grassy area on top of a previous gravel area. This can fit many vehicles, RV, boats as it is a large area.

**NO PETS or ANIMALS** We do offer two other homes that have fenced yards for pets. Being caught with a pet or animal on premises will result in a $500 fine, immediate cancellation of booking without refund, and any additional monetary damages.


•PLEASE put the correct amount of people on your booking. We use this to know how much linens and other things to provide. There will be a fee for unregistered overnight guests.

• No locals without prior approval.- Insurance claim locals please message us.

**Please note our yard crew comes every Thursday or Friday.

Neighborhood:
The Spurr is centrally located in a well established mixed eclectic neighborhood. Very well maintained and clean. We are minutes away from most anything. Please message us with any specific places you would like the time to. This home is not for the picky traveler. There are kids that like to play basketball down the street, there are neighbors whom like to play their music while they are outside (not heard from inside the home.) Neighbors use the alley to walk to the store and back to their homes. All these things are out of our control. We have elderly family that lives in the neighborhood alone without problem- but do not book if you are a picky traveler- this is for the budget friendly traveler and students. Once again- do not book if you are a picky traveler and you are not comfortable staying in a mixed cultural electric neighborhood.
