Designed to accommodate two families comfortably, this spacious abode boasts three full baths, ensuring everyone's convenience and privacy. With two kitchens at your disposal, meal preparations are a breeze. The well-equipped kitchen is stocked with all the essential cooking tools, including pots, pans, utensils, and dishes. Whether you prefer a quick Keurig brew or a classic pot of coffee, both options are available. For those who appreciate outdoor cooking, a gas grill awaits, along with grill utensils and marshmallow roasting sticks for delightful evenings by the fire.

Entertainment options abound within the confines of this retreat. The lower level houses a delightful game room, complete with a streaming TV, foosball table, game table, and washers for outdoor play. It's a haven for friendly competitions and laughter-filled moments. Meanwhile, the loft offers a haven for the kids, with a full-size bed, a twin trundle, a twin/twin trundle, and an additional twin bed, accommodating up to six young adventurers.

Parking is plentiful, thanks to a spacious driveway and a convenient carport. If you're bringing a boat, launch it at the nearby boat ramps and securely anchor it to the whips on the new pier. For ease and safety, trailered boats can be parked on the grassy area near the road, eliminating the need to navigate the driveway. Please note that the property features narrow walkways and stairways, making it less suitable for guests with mobility challenges. Additionally, the house has not been baby-proofed, and the various levels and stairs may pose difficulties for toddlers.

Should you require additional space for larger groups, an adjacent lake house is available for rent. This offers the flexibility to accommodate multiple families or groups, ensuring everyone can enjoy this slice of paradise. We are on "another platform" as well that may have lower platform fees.
