The allure continues as you step outside to your very own private patio – a secluded oasis to unwind and soak in the coastal atmosphere.
Ascending to the second floor reveals an open-concept living space that seamlessly integrates the living, dining, and kitchen areas. interiors while enjoying the company of loved ones. A bedroom with full over full bunk beds, complete with an attached bath, also access to a balcony with a subtle water view – the perfect spot for morning coffees or evening sunsets.
The third floor is a sanctuary of its own. The primary bedroom, adorned with a king-sized bed, boasts a walk-in closet and a lavish private bathroom. Very much enjoyed our trip to Destin and our stay here! The property was conveniently located, and it was very clean and well stocked. The check-in process was smooth, and everyone had plenty of space and felt comfortable during our stay. The patio door on the 2nd floor is hard to open, but there's a sign stating that they are aware of the issue and are fixing it. There are a few decor related things that could be updated and cleaned up a bit, but overall the property was very nice and had everything we needed. We would definitely come back!

Property was clean and ready for our arrival. Had no issues with anything in the condo. The short walk (4-5 minutes) to the beach was not an issue. The daily free ticket included with the rental was a big plus! I would definitely stay here again!

The townhouse was amazing! Plenty of space for us to not feel on top of each other and the location was super convenient. It’s big enough to fit multiple families with 3 bathrooms and plenty of beds. The multiple decks were nice too! You can see the beach from the 3rd floor deck. The house had everything we needed - towels, pots/pans, silverware, 2 kinds of coffee pots, board games, plenty of beach toys, beach wagon, chairs, pool noodles. The pool next door is heated which was an added plus for early May when the temps weren’t warm enough for swimming yet. The beach was a quick walk over and had a code for the gate. Overall, super comfortable house and we can’t wait to go back!!

Great home with bedrooms on each floor, which provides some separation, which was nice. The kitchen was well stocked compared to many other homes we have stayed at. Communication was easy and clear. We would stay again!

My family evacuated to this wonderful vacation home from the tampa area. It is right across the street from the beach and close to everything we needed. We will be back agian!

Loved the place, clean inside. Wished TVs worked on the 3rd and first floor. Wi-Fi needs up grade. Other than that really nice place. Kitchen has all utensils to cook with. Will be back in the future.

Very clean and roomy

The property location is amazing! The house was big and clean. It was stalked well with dishes and towels. My only complaint is that there was no extra garbage bags or dishwasher detergent. There were 6 people and we stayed for a week so we ended up having to buy garbage bags and dishwasher soap. Otherwise the property was great. I would definitely stay there again.

Amazing place, super spacious!

First thing we noticed was how clean the condo was upon arrival. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cups, coffee pots, blenders, etc. There is so many beds available which worked out perfect as we were a group of ladies staying together. This unit in particular is right next to the pool and some additional parking so that is convenient. The beach is right across the street and there was a wagon in the garage that came in handy to carry our stuff. This place was excellent and fit our group perfectly. The only issue we had was not knowing the code to use the beach access gate, I reached out and never heard back but it didn’t deter us bc nice neighbors helped us get in.

We had a nice time with having the 3 young girls being next to the pool was nice. Easy walk to the beach. We had a couple of issues that was taking care immediately so that was great. If we had something negative to say is we thought it wasn’t really all that clean. It wasn’t horrible but we thought it should have been a bit cleaner. Also the sliding door on the second floor was extremely hard to open and close. The maintenance man said they are aware of the issue but was not able to get fixed during our stay. But it truly was hard to use

It was exactly what was listed. I was worried about the 2/3 minute walk to the beach access but, when we got there I timed it and it was exactly that. It was very nice and we all enjoyed it.
