Recently updated spacious condo with tons of amenities! Feels like home with every convenience you’ll need-truly home away from home! Private fishing dock and year-round heated pool! Unique must-visit restaurants, historic spots, golfing and activities nearby! You'll love relaxing in our quiet, comfortable home after a fun day at the beach!

You’ll sleep like a baby in the incredibly comfortable beds. Sleeps 7 in a pinch: Primary bedroom with Queen bed & ensuite bathroom. Second bedroom with two double beds with Jack-n-Jill 2nd bathroom access. Fully equipped kitchen with washer & dryer too! There's even a twin air mattress bed if needed for extra guests. Free internet, USB-equipped furniture & multi-port outlet with extra charging cables, smart Roku TVs with basic Xfinity package but you can log in to your streaming services via the guest pass. Everything you need to relax and enjoy!

The home is yours to enjoy! You'll receive your login information a few days before your stay and be welcomed into an immaculately clean home with a small gift to help out if you forgot anything :) Our home is on a keypad entry lock and there is a back up lockbox in case the keypad has a bad day. We welcome you to reach out if there's anything missing and we'd love feedback on anything that would make your stay more comfortable. Quiet complex at the mouth of the Mayakka River on the Gulf-Close to Everyting! Across the street from The Bean Depot Cafe & Museum- Riverwood Golf Club is only 2 miles away-Multiple white sand, shark tooth & shell beaches within minutes-World class fishing on private dock!

You can park one car in covered parking under any of the buildings and another in the parking area in the complex. Easy walk or bike ride to several restaurants too!

-Relax and view the mouth of the Myakka River from the comfortable, incredibly quiet lanai.
-Go fishing or crabbing on the private dock
-Dip in the year-round heated pool
-Gas grills available for your BBQ night
-Explore the river and gulf in the 2 sea kayaks
-2 sets of golf clubs are available to borrow & Riverwood Golf Club is only 2 miles away
-Beach towels, beach games, ice chests, umbrellas, chairs & beach bags all ready for your trip to one of our amazing gulf beaches!
-Dedicated work space if needed.

Shortcut Important House Rules:
-Make sure you read through the House Manual & Community Rules
-Please remove your trash, bins are located at the south end of the property at the entrance in an enclosure, make sure to secure the gate.
-Dry food may be left behind if it's not expired/rotten. Please remove anything that will rot or go bad that you may have in the refrigerator and/or cupboards.
-No towels or belongings on the railing or walkway please :)
-No smoking in the home or common areas.
-Dogs aren't allowed on the beach, dock, or pool area.
-Pool hours are dawn to dusk. Be sure to mind your manners or the pool police will get you! No jumping, diving, food or beverages in or near the pool, respect pool hours and keep the noise down to a reasonable level please :)
-Please make sure you abide by all Community Rules-any infraction fines will have to be passed on to you and we want you to have a great time not get fined :)
-$100 Fines will be imposed for House Rules & Community Rule infractions so please be sure to read through the HOA Rules :)
