1405 Shipwatch Rd is located in the West Beach Villas neighborhood and is a renovated one bedroom, one bath, efficiency style villa is located in West Beach Village. Its right across from the newly constructed conference center and Cougar Point Golf Course's brand new clubhouse and restaurant. There is a fully equipped kitchen with upscale appliances and plenty of counter space for prepping meals and eating at the bar top. The screened in porch is the perfect place to start your day with a relaxing cup of coffee. The spacious bedroom suite features a king bed and a fully renovated bath with walk in shower. The living room features a flat screen tv and a pull out sofa.

Take a short five minute walk or quick bike ride and you'll be at the ocean's edge in no time.(0.3mi) There are 10 miles of glorious beach to enjoy and you can ride your bike right on the hard packed sand.

One dog up to 30 lbs allowed, pet fee included.

When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights (not available in low season, late Oct to mid Mar) you will receive a valuable credit of up to $210 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.

As our guest you will receive:
Access to Kiawah's 5 Championship Golf Courses – including The Ocean Course – the location of the 2021 PGA Championship; The Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center - #1 ranked by Tennis Resorts Online; the Sanctuary spa, shopping, dining, and family friendly resort activities including Kamp Kiawah. Free Wireless Internet Access; Local Property Management staff is on hand in case of emergencies and their friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay. Property does have linen included. Additional housekeeping services are also available during your stay (mid-week clean or daily trash and tidy). Guests DO NOT have access to the resort pools (Night Heron Park, West Beach, or Tennis Club). If you have the time take a short trip (35-45 Minutes) to Charleston, America's most charming southern city. There you'll find world class dining, shopping and lots of history to explore.

Upon booking you will be sent a rental agreement to review and complete online. Your booking is not confirmed until this document has been submitted.

The property was exactly what we needed for the weekend. Very comfortable for 2 adults and a child. When we arrived the water was not on, but a call 30 minutes later everything was resolved. Good experience!

Very nice place. Thank you for allowing our pet to join us. The new appliances are great but you should reach out to your installer to come level the refrigerator. It’s leaning back and tripod. The dishwasher is not attached to the counter so it falls out when you open the door. We couldn’t get the Keurg machine to work. We tried different outlets, filled the water tank and reseating it but no joy.

Reviewer Comments: I was in Kiawah for a conference and this villa was perfect, right next door to the conference center and a short walk across the street from the beach. The amenities were great and beautifully decorated. The only addition I would request would be a full length mirror, if there was one, I couldn't find it.

Good place to stay!

Great location to beach! Easy 5 min walk or 2 minute bike ride. Use beach access #8 by the Sandcastle . It has a wash off station for sandy beach articles. Easily walkable. Unit has a keurig and Mr coffee coffee pot. I asked about keurig and was not told it had one. The floorboards were separating and caused us to cut our feet a bit. We taped them over with painters tape. All of this was reported to property managers and was addressed with courtesy and concern. Overall this unit is perfect for 2 people. We stayed 14 days and were very comfortable. The beach/bike equipment perk was awesome as well.

We have stayed several times at beautiful Kiawah and this was the most disappointing accommodation. Suggestions from our perspective of staying here would be: provide information details inside the unit for TV setup, boardwalk details from the unit to the beach, etc. There were none! Also, a floor length mirror somewhere in the unit would be beneficial. The overall ambiance was very dated and disappointing,

Hi Sandra, thank you so much for your candid feedback, it only helps us to improve our guests' experience! We don't provide the beach access info as its just across the road and there are signs to show the access points, generally straightforward but we can look into adding those details for sure. TV is just a streaming/smart tv you login to your fav streaming app. The property is in a great location and easy to get around, we also do allow pets which is rare on the island and definitely harder to find.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A last minute getaway to this little condo left us rested and refreshed. Kitchen upgrades are very nice and had everything we needed to prepare a few meals. My only suggestions: Mirror, preferably full length is needed with the bedroom along with 2 bedside lamps instead of one. A blackout curtain in bedroom, and please fix that sliding glass door. it won't latch properly or lock and if I had been staying solo I would not have felt safe esp. since it is first floor. Also the flooring has gaps all through it.We were impressed with ESPM host and in fact booked another property at Kiawah through them for another date.
