Adorable cottage conveniently located in the West Beach Village, the cottage is a short walk (and even shorter bike ride) to the exquisite Kiawah beach, community pool, Cougar Pt Golf Course and convention center. Kiawah is a golfers’ dream come true - five championship courses, including the world-famous Ocean Course. Tennis and pickleball nearby at Roy Barth Tennis Center.
Kiawah has been named the 'Happiest Seaside Town' in America by Coastal Living magazine and the best 'Vacation city' in the world by Conde Nast. Kiawah was named Number One Tennis Resort according to Tennis Magazine.
Bike to Freshfields village and enjoy shopping, dining, and live entertainment on the grass most evenings during the summer months. Bike the 30+ miles of bike trails or the 10 miles of pristine beach.
The spacious family room includes comfortable sofa and chairs, flat screen smart TV, and guests also enjoy free wifi. This cottage has all wood plank look tile flooring, both bathrooms were gutted and renovated a few years ago. Master bath has walk in shower with frameless door. Hall bath opens to kids room and hallway. Hall bath has tub/shower.
The kitchen is fully stocked and has full size stainless steel appliances and granite counters. Also full size washer and dryer. There is an office area with desk/chair off the foyer. The sunroom is now the dining room... enjoy your morning coffee and evening cocktail with golf course views. Deck off the family room and master bedroom with views of the golf course.
The Master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV, 2 closets and private master bath. The second bedroom has twin beds, flat screen TV and direct access to hall bath.
Linens, towels, beach chairs & small charcoal grill are provided. Coffee makers- Keurig and drip. No toiletries provided.
No smoking. Dogs are allowed with non refundable pet deposit (100.00) per dog.
Dogs that chew are not allowed and dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds.
BIKES MUST BE PLACED IN BIKE RACK AT ALL TIMES WHEN NOT IN USE or Kiawah will issue a citation.

Owner is licensed SC realtor.
Cleaning fee is 130.00

The cottage is just as described. Everything is very clean and fresh. The owner is pleasant and easy to get in touch with to obtain additional island passes or if you have other needs. We enjoyed our stay very much!

We truly enjoyed the stay at this property on Kiawah. Property manager made everything easy. Condo is in a great location, only a short walk to the beach. Condo had everything we needed for a wonderful weekend. Thanks and look forward to the next visit!

Great space! Super convenient to everything! The host was extremely responsive and accommodating to work with! Overall, the house was well stocked and in great shape! The beds and sofa were comfortable. There were lots of extra pillows, bath towels, wash cloths, beach towels and even beach chairs available!

Perfect Location

My wife and I needed a bit of a last minute, pet friendly place to stay for the marathon weekend and this home was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was just as described. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Wonderful Vacation

We planned at trip to celebrate my daughters 15th birthday and spring break. As a family we have stayed at many places for vacation and we like to stay in relax to enjoy time together. This was the perfect place for that! The host had so many necessities for cooking that a lot of other places don’t usually have so we have to bring ourselves. The condo was so nicely decorated, clean and comfortable for all of us including our beloved dog. Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay!

Family vacation

Great stay in a wonderful place. The condo was as advertised and was perfect for our family. Close to the beach (but walk may be a bit much for younger kids (<5). Host was fantastic and answered all questions.

Quaint Beach Cottage

Very clean and well kept beach condo with plenty of amenities provided. Close to the beach, the conference I was attending, and plenty of biking trails.

Extended stay with family

Great location with walking distance to beach. We enjoyed being able to walk our dog on the beach every morning. Short 5 min drive to the town area, Fresh Fields. Felt very safe and comfortable too!

Quiet area on a wonderful island

It was a pleasure to stay at Charlotte’s cottage on our “go to”annual vacation spot for the last 40 years. Quiet neighborhood, short walk to Cougar clubhouse for great outdoor dining and some “golf entertainment”, very easy access for getting on and off the island and grocery store. Looking forward to returning!

Nice comfortable stay

My family's stay was very nice at Kiawah, with Charlotte's cottage adding to this. Charlotte was easy to work with and very responsive to questions in advance and during stay. The cottage was outfitted properly including 2 bikes and beach chairs! Would recommend Charlotte and the cottage!!

Golf Course Views

Clean, two bedroom, single story, villa directly on the golf course with beautiful golf course views. Private location on a quiet cul d’sac street and an easy ten minute walk to the Cougar Point Clubhouse or the beautiful ocean. Charlotte was always available and very helpful. Definitely returning.

Great stay

We had a great stay. Location was very convenient for quickly getting to the beach and pool on bikes we rented. House was very clean with plenty of dishes for cooking. Only feedback would be the master bathroom's shower drained very slowly so we did end up standing in water and the water/ice maker on the freezer had a small drip onto the ground. All in all it was just what we were looking for and I would stay there again!

This was a great pet friendly rental. It was clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed for a great vacation. Charlotte was quick to respond and we would certainly stay here again if traveling with our pup. : )

This unit is nestled in a cul de sac and backs up to the golf course. The condo was beautifully updated and not too far from the beach. Having linens and towels provided is a great touch.

Ideal location, clean and comfortable!

We loved our stay. We could walk or bike to the beach. There was also a convenient parking lot next to the nearby boardwalk to the beach, and so we could easily drive as well. We enjoyed using the 2 bikes and the 3 beach chairs that came with the property. Those added things really helped us enjoy the beach! We hope to come back and if we do, we will stay at this property again!

I just purchased this cottage back in early December of 2012 for second home and an investment property. I live in Charleston and have always wanted to have a place on Kiawah. I am so looking forward to relaxing and enjoying all that Kiawah has to offer.........I am an avid tennis player and love to bike- so this is the place to be. Kiawah Island is like no other place...come and explore. Great shopping, restaurants and a marina.
