Cocoa Beach Club On-the-beach - Great 3 Bedrm, Poolside Condo

Beautiful 1st floor Cocoa Beach Poolside Condo - Complex is On the Beach. Features three (3) bedrooms, plus queen-sized sofa bed, and two (2) bathrooms (sleeps eight) max. occupancy is 8
The condo is in the courtyard, end unit, closest to the beach.
Step out your patio door to large heated pool and only steps to private entrance to beach.
It is completely furnished, fully equipped kitchen with electric. stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator/ filtered water & ice dispenser on outside of door, all small appliances (toaster, coffeepot, blender, mixer, etc.) Lots of pots, pans, dishes, silverware (everything you will need for cooking)..
King size bed in the Master Bedroom, two (2) twin beds
in second bedroom, and a double bed in the third bedroom, and queen-sized sofa bed. All bedding and towels provided including beach towels, chairs and umbrella.. There is a reserved covered parking space for every condo.

Cocoa Beach is approximately one hour from Orlando airport, Disney, Sea World, Universal Studios and all other Orlando attractions.
The condo is about a 3 minute walk from beach or street to the famous Cocoa Beach Pier which offers shops, restaurants, indoor dining or outdoors on Pier with great ocean views There is also fishing at end of pier. Bottom of pier is restaurant offering hot dogs, hamburgers, ice cream, fries, etc. Enjoy lunch or snack on patio on beach
Other restaurants and shopping within walking distance.
Just a 1/2 mile south is the world famous Ron Jon Surf Shop which offers a unique shopping experience. A great place to spend a few hours is Cocoa Village,with excellent restaurants, boutiques, craft shops and antique shops.

MUST VISIT PORT CANAVERAL offering fishing trips and deep sea charter fishing. Try your luck at the Casino Cruise Ship which leaves twice a day. Enjoy lunch or dinner at the many restaurants on the water and watch the large cruise ships come and go. Many large cruise liners leave daily from Port Canaveral
Other fun activities are pontoon rentals, wind surfing, jet-skiing, miniature golf surfing, golf and tennis nearby, live theater, dog track and zoo and Botanical Gardens (in Melbourne, FL). Many tourist packages available.

Excellent location!

Awesome beach, rental chairs, and umbrellas, accessible, and close. Two minute walk to the pier. Several restaurants within walking distance. Anything you want or need is close! Clean family, friendly complex. The condo had everything we needed and more. I would definitely come back to this unit.

Exactly as advertised and the perfect location

Plenty of space for our party of six adults. The decor had a great vintage Florida vibe. Plenty of towels, dishes, and glassware. The location is perfect. We really enjoyed visiting and relaxing at the pool and beach.

Great location

Loved the location of this condo. Near pool and beach great pool. Managers of the complex super friendly. All the beach toys were very appreciated. The unit is slightly outdated but no big deal. The beach was being redone so we had to walk quite a ways to use it. Not the property’s fault. Just frustrating.

Great location, cozy and convenient

The property was at just a great location. It was clean and had a great view with covered patio looking out to the heated pool. The unit is just steps away from the new boardwalk over the dune crossover which makes it very easy to go to the beach, with plenty of items available in the unit including chairs, to enjoy the ocean and Cocoa Beach Pier views. You can also easily walk over to the Pier. The unit is dated inside (but very clean) and we felt it was priced more than appropriately and we enjoyed the coziness of it. It also comes with a TV in the main living room and master bed with normal cable and Roku. We would definitely stay here again !

GREAT STAY!!!!

We had a great stay, everything was as is in the description online. Will stay again. the only thing I would think about changing if I owned the place, would be to add a washer and dryer. but great stay, friendly, everything was super close. property manager was very friendly. Owner checked on up toward the end of the week to ask if we needed anything, great place to stay.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Will try to do it again next year. management was very helpful. Condo was very spacious and comfortable. Was very close to beach and had a lot of beach accessories. Kitchen was stocked with basic staples. Great place for familys

Perfect beach getaway!

We stayed here for a week with 5 adults and 2 toddlers (2.5 years). There was plenty of space for everyone; we never once felt crowded! The kitchen was stocked with all the dishes, silverware and cooking supplies you may need, plus some! The beach toys, beach cart and pop-up tent were all bonuses that made our trip that much more enjoyable. The property managers, Kurt and Tina, we’re available as needed throughout the stay and very helpful. We’re already planning our trip for next year.

Great location!!! Close to pool and beach. The place had everything we needed.

We were pleased with how stocked the place was. There was a canopy, beach chairs, and beach toys. Community was very friendly. Property manager was very helpful. It was in a great location close to some good places to eat. Area wasn’t very touristy which we liked.

Great family vacation spot

My family and I were looking for an affordable nice condo with beach access and a pool…this place was everything we were hoping for! Roomy, clean, well stocked kitchen, plenty of pool and beach toys. Management was very friendly and helpful. Owner has a very nice place and called to check in with us. Definitely will be back!

Absolutely Wonderful

We returned to CBC after having a wonderful time last year, and we were not disappointed! Tina & Kurt were so helpful and friendly, which is very appreciated. We stayed in Marie's condo and it was truly a home away from home! We can't wait to return! I highly recommend this family friendly condo to someone looking for a relaxing time away from home! Perfect family vacation spot!

My husband, myself, our 2 boys and my in laws all stayed for 8 nights. The condo was great. Had all the ammentities you could ask for. Including beach toys for the kids ! We love staying in Cocoa because its right on the beach and only a short drive to the airport and the Theme parks. Perfect for everyone to get what they want!

Our place was the perfect size for our family. We literally walked out of our condo to the pool and only steps to the beach. It was clean and we really appreciated the beach chairs, towels and beach toys. The air conditioner went out during our stay but they quickly brought fans to us and had a new unit installed within a day. Tina and Kurt keep the grounds in immaculate condition. Our only suggestion would be for the owner to purchase new skillets as they definitely need replacing, otherwise there are plenty of dishes, silverware etc. and even more kitchen utensils than in any other condo we have ever rented. Would also suggest a change machine for the laundry room.

Great spot on the beach!

Located very close to the pier! The condo was very nice, clean and large. The pool was also very nice and clean. There is no hot tub - sadly. Pool is only open until dusk - a draw back for the younger people. Overall, great place. The beach was beautiful. You can basically walk almost anywhere from the condo.

Great Condo

This condo has everything and more than you will need. The kitchen has all the amenities of home. The closet has all the beach essentials. The beach is a short walk over a small bridge. The pool is right outside the sliding glass doors. The people here are fantastic, so friendly and fun. The pictures you see are exactly what you get there were no surprises. We walk to restaurants, Publix, Cocoa Beach Pier, Sandbar is just a walk down the beach! Everything has been perfect for us. The process to book it was seamless, Marie contacted us immediately with answers to all of our questions. We will be coming back! This is a little piece of heaven on Earth! Thank you Marie!!!!!!
