spacious and relaxing park-like yard. The cottage is located behind the main house residence on 1 full acre. Guests will find themselves immersed in the Silo District among many delicious restaurants and
unique shopping experiences. In Cameron Park, just 6 blocks from the cottage,
there are plenty of hiking trails, biking routes, and walking paths.

Mr. Wilson the Beagle, a rescue dog lives onsite and will we be looking forward to welcoming you. Please be sure the gates are closed behind you so he does not get in the front yard. Beagles possess an exceptional sense of smell, if any food if left outside he will be there to take advantage of the opportunity! Fun fact, Beagles have 225 million scent receptors compared to a human that has 5 million. All 225 million are working for Mr. Wilson!

There is a treat jar inside with special doggy treats if you want to make fast friends with him.

NO SMOKING
Absolutely, NO SMOKINGg inside the home or within 25 feet of any exterior doors. Any smoking evidence will result in a $500.00 fee for oder removal, including duct cleaning, furniture, bedspread and carpet cleaning.

We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and
your return visits. City of Waco has an ordinance that does not allow events or parties at our short term rentals. Violation can cause us to lose our permit to operate. Thank you for understanding and complying with this ordinance.
