Ideal for big groups or family trips! Both apartments are end to end decorated with antique and fun inspiration from Steam Punk esthetic. Brand new apartments, fully renovated just recently! You will be among the first to stay!

Apartment #1
Giant 2 bedroom apartment. Super spacious, giant salon room, full kitchen, dining area, tons of sitting space. Sleeps up to 7 people.

Apartments #2
A cute and stylish studio apartment. Fully private from the other unit, with its own kitchenette and full bathroom. Giving someone in your group extra privacy.

Fast wifi for your downtime between city adventures!
Full kitchen (plus studio kitchenette), 2.5 bathrooms ideal for big groups.

About our unique Style:
Victorian "Steam Punk": Is a fictional setting in many stories that inspired our design choices here. The themes explore a period of British history from 1837 to 1901, when Queen Victoria reigned. It was a time of industrial, social, and cultural change, as well expansion of the British Empire. Many steampunk stories are set in this era or draw inspiration from its style and culture of the this period.

You and your group have exclusive and private access to the full two apartments, they are not shared with anyone else during your reservation.

All bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms, etc. it is all yours!

You will be making a Self-Check-in reservation, that is really simple!
It's super easy and I send you step-by-step instructions ahead of time giving you plenty to give yourself time to review and ask questions ahead of your exciting Check-in day!

Ask my about my parking suggestions, luggage storage options, extra cleaning during your stay, and other service I might have available to make your trip memorable and super convenient.

The reservation includes Self-Check-in process, so you can arrive anytime on your check-in day after your Check-in time. Be sure I am aware ahead of time, if you plan to arrive later than the Check-in window.

It is likely I am out of town during the time of your stay, I won’t be available in person, and prefer communicating through the app. My phone number is for emergencies. I always have someone in the city available to help in emergencies.

I send you easy step-by-step Check-in details a full day before your arrival so you have all the info you need on hand before you get here. It makes planning your trip and the arrival easy and smooth.

If you have questions about anything I am happy to help and always make efforts to reply to you as quickly as possible during the day and evening, you can message me anytime. For any overnight messages I will get back to you first thing in the morning.

The neighborhood is a lively atmosphere and endless attractions, this intersection serves as a gateway to unforgettable adventures in downtown Montreal.

Nearby is Montreal Old Port, The Village, Plateau district, downtown business district is just a 3-5 minute taxi. Mount Royal park is just 10 minutes away, lovely park directly across the street for an afternoon picnic.

Sherbrooke metro station is just 1 minute walk door to door. Get around town easily and quickly with the close metro station, and several busses on the nearby corner.

This bustling area offers an eclectic mix of cultural, culinary, and entertainment experiences. Immerse yourself in the city's rich history as you stroll along charming Saint Denis Street, lined with trendy boutiques, cozy cafes, and renowned restaurants offering a diverse range of cuisines.

Explore the iconic Sherbrooke Street, home to prestigious museums, art galleries, and historic landmarks. Indulge in the vibrant nightlife scene with lively bars, clubs, and live music venues.

You will be just seconds from Metro Station Sherbrooke.
From here you can quickly get across all downtown, and even the surrounding Montreal area. Easy access to Parc Jean Drapeau, La Ronde, F1 Race Track, and so much more very quickly.

Within walking distance there is so much to see and do. Saint Denis street is a cultural hub of Cafes, Bars, Clubs and amazing restaurants. You have weeks worth of activities all within a few minutes walk.

Several busses pass right outside and on the corner.
Specifically bus #24 on the corner is frequent and travels along Sherbrooke street across all downtown, great option to cross downtown while seeing the city above ground.

The city shared BIXI bike system has bikes available nearby outside the Metro Station entrance and along the park across the street. Really convenient on week nights and weekends!
(Super tip! Take a Bixi Bike and visit Park Mount Royal or the Old Port).

- This location is brand new, you will be one of my first guests here. So if you have any feedback or feel something is missing that you need, please let me know in a message. I am always happy to hear feedback and maybe there is something more I can provide for future guests.

-If I am out of town but I always have someone committed to caring for my guests. The apartment's housekeeper can tend to your needs. If you need anything, please contact me and I will let my housekeepers know to assist you. However, they may need some time to arrive.

- I have a set Check-in time window, please note check-in is still possible after the check-in window, but if you need to reach me, fast replies are not guaranteed very late at night. So for very late night arrivals be sure you have received the instructions and ask me any questions ahead of time.

- In very rare case, if we see any security flags associated with the reservation we hold the right to confirm your ID on check-in. This is very rare, and I will notify you immediately regarding any concerns that arise.

- This is an apartment in a building with other units. In order to avoid damages to the building. The property manager may need to access to the property to resolve emergencies (such as plumbing or severe power issues). They have the right to access the unit for these emergencies or mandatory civic inspections, etc. Again this is very rare and I always notify you in advance to the best of my abilities.

If the reservation is cancelled and qualifies for a refund according to the cancellation policy, a 3.5% payment processing fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
First I want you to enjoy your stay, I know rules are not fun, and it is my experience most guest are really amazing people!
So please enjoy the apartment with comfort and relaxation in mind and kindly share the following with your group.

⋆NO PARTIES⋆
Parties are not allowed here. There are great bars and clubs just steps away, for this purpose.
You are welcome to play chill music, and enjoy each other's company! Any parties forfeit the reservation without refund, you are responsible the cost of any extra cleaning services.
IF YOU WANT TO PARTY, ask me. I know hosts with amazing locations designed for parties and small events.

⋆NO SMOKING⋆
No smoking inside the building, anywhere. Smoking permitted outdoors only. Please help keep this place fresh for everyone!
Penalty for smoking is to pay deep cleaning services 450-900$.

⋆NOISE COMPLAINTS⋆
Please respect the community. There should never be loud disturbances coming from your apartment day or night.
Quiet hours must be respected. If there are issues from your group, same as parties you will be removed, no refunds.

⋆UNDECLARED GUEST⋆
All people coming to the property (including short visits not sleeping there) must be included in your reservation’s Number of Guests.
Please contact me about this if you have questions, ahead of your arrival.

⋆CHECK-OUT TIME⋆
If you are late to follow your scheduled Check-out time 11am you will be charged to pay the Housekeeper Service’s while they are waiting on you.
It is 65$ per hour. I do send reminders about your check-out time and some helpful tips.

⋆NO ANIMALS⋆
No animals are permitted, because it's a critical health issue for me. For health reasons this is a rule without compromise.

⋆CLEANLINESS⋆
The included cleaning fee is to clean after expected use of the apartment of leisure and relaxation. Please no food or drinks in the bedrooms and I ask kindly, please take of shoes at the door. Don’t leave trash around.

⋆DAMAGES⋆
Please care for my things while you are my guest. You are responsible to leave the property and all furnishing in the same condition as when you arrived so the next guest can enjoy them as you have.

⋆KEEP WINDOWS & DOORS CLOSED/LOCKED⋆
Windows and doors should be closed & locked at all times. Please always check windows and door(s) when you leave.
Winter & Rain: Do not open the windows for more than 5 minutes as the low temperature can cause major damage quickly. Do not let rain into the apartment.

⋆ LONG RESERVATIONS & SUPPLIES⋆
I provide basic supplies for at least your first week so you can get settled. For longer reservations, if you run out you should buy more of these items for yourself. (Ask about extra cleaning services that include a refresh of your supplies)

⋆EMERGENCY ACCESS⋆
The building management has the right to access the property in case of emergencies, urgent repairs, or required inspections. Of course only in the case of these emergencies.
