Located in the private and secluded gated domain of Mont-Jean, the rental villa NOCEAN is a true haven of peace and beauty, with stunning views over Marigot Bay and the surrounding hills. The property is built on a single-story with three pavilions and is designed in a charming classic Caribbean architecture.

The open plan living room is welcoming and comfortably furnished with a soft sofa and blue-green armchairs, combined with romantic-inspired chiseled furniture. Through the large glass doors, the view over the hills facing the horizon in the distance is amazing. At the back, the spacious kitchen is well equipped with utmost comfort for your stay and has a pass-through window. The beguiling dining room is located in a separate bungalow that you can access directly from the terrace. In this cozy, fully glazed, sheltered from the wind space, you will spend fabulous evenings overlooking the gorgeous panorama of St-Barths. A second outdoor living room is also at your disposal in a covered area at one end of the terrace. It is furnished with sofas, cushions and curtains, facing the panoramic view.

On the terrace, a sparkling infinity swimming pool seems to merge with the deep blue ocean. Comfortable sunbeds are all around the semi-circular pool, facing the beautiful panorama over the bay of Marigot. This is the very best place to relax and rest in the quiet.

The holiday rental villa NOCEAN has two beautiful air-conditioned bedrooms located on either side of the living room. One has twin beds that can be converted into a king size bed, and the second is furnished with a king size bed. Each has a large dressing room, a private bathroom and an access to a terrace: an ideal spot to enjoy the beauty of the panorama and the gentle wind that blows over St.Barthelemy. One bedroom opens onto the outdoor living room, and the other one is located in an independent bungalow.
