We stayed 8 days. My wife and I had a fantastic time at the villa. The view was awesome and the pool was great. The sunsets were beautiful from the pool. The villa was extremely clean and well managed. The owner Ludovic could not have been nicer. Excellent communication with him as well. Would definitely stay at the villa again.

Villa Allouette

We had a lovely stay at Villa Alouette (amazing view). Ludovic (the owner) is great and very responsive to any request. We recommend strongly the Villa.

Beautiful island get away

Views we will never forget. Memories that will last a lifetime. St. Barth and the people who live here are beautiful, kind and fun. The Villa Alouette is perfect for a small family or a few friends. Very private. Very luxurious and cozy. Feels like you are staying in the tree tops over looking the beautiful island. We will be back. Thank you Ludo and family

Private Escape

We were looking for a few days of quiet rest and relaxation and found it at Villa Alouette. Working with Ludo to arrange this was effortless! He met us at the airport as arranged and was happy to accommodate us with anything we may have needed. The moment we walked through the doors, your eye is drawn to the view, amazing! We could clearly see St. Martin and Anguilla in the distance. This charming villa made us feel comfortable and at home and had all that we needed. A fully equipped kitchen, plenty of room and storage in the bedroom and air conditioning throughout, although there was a constant pleasant breeze. Housekeeping came everyday and made their way in and out without us hardly noticing. This villa was just as pictured, but so much more to us! Thank you Ludo for a wonderful stay, we will definitely be back!

What a wonderful villa

Most of the time the pictures over-represent what the place actually looks like, but in this case Villa Aloutte was even better in person! What a fantastic, well maintained villa in a great spot - from an excellent host with great communication. Spotless, modern amenities and a great view - can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful, comfortable villa in a fantastic location

My husband and I stayed a week in Ludo's beautiful villa in Vitet. We were worried it would be too far from beaches and restaurants but soon discovered that the location was perfect. The view was magnificent and the villa is exactly as shown in the pictures. We enjoyed the pool every day. The kitchen was well stocked and spotless. We truly appreciated Ludo meeting us at the airport and helping us get settled in with our rental car. He showed us where the butcher and bakery was and we followed him back to the villa to get settled in. The week went too quickly in our home away from home. We hope to return again someday.

Amazing anniversary trip

We stayed at the villa for 2 weeks the end of June for our 30th wedding anniversary. The villa was awesome. We really enjoyed the pool and used it everyday when we returned from the beach. We went to the different beaches everyday for 13 days in a row and found our favorites and returned a few times. The villa is very private and we enjoyed our two weeks there. The pictures and descriptions were accurate and it was very nice having air conditioning in both the living room area and bedrooms. Often we didn't even use it as there was an amazing breeze when the doors were opened to the pool. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and the housekeeping service spoiled us everyday by doing our dishes. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to explore st. Bart's and we hope to return some day soon. Thanks Nick and Lisa

We want to go back-SOON

For our recent trip to St Martin, we decided to combine it with several days on St. Barth. We looked for a villa and found Alouette. Before arrival, I was a bit concerned that the location would be too remote, but it's really very convenient to everything. By car, it's 3-5 minutes to Lorient, 5-7 to Grand Cul-de-Sac or St Jean and perhaps 10 minutes to the largest grocery and airport. It is a quiet, very private villa, yet it is a quick drive to almost anywhere on the island. The house itself is exactly as pictured and is well kept. The patio and pool are wonderful amenities and generally, it is a comfortable and very complete home. Before writing this, I was trying to think of a drawback to the villa, but honestly can't. Ludo was very helpful from beginning to end and we were made to feel very welcome. The value is very good. If you are looking for a private getaway location, and still enjoy all St. Barth has to offer, I strongly recommend Villa Alouette.

Memorable Stay!

This was our first visit to the island. We have chosen St, Bart’s to celebrate a very special occasion. Our lives are busy and we were interested in a location that will provide seclusion and relaxation but also refined dining experiences and sophistication. The island is quiet in September and we loved it. Ludo is the best host you can wish for!!! The service is exceptional from start to finish! I am hotelier and have stayed in many upscale and luxurious places around the world and have high expectations. Ludo exceeded them! He responded promptly to all e-mails, greeted us at the marina and arranged all logistics for us. He even bought an Espresso machine to satisfy my Java needs :) Villa Aloette is very private and remarkable. You will be greeted with awe inspiring magnificent views! Say Ahhhh! Fantastic location, spotless villa, equipped with everything you need, from kitchen utensils to beach chairs and umbrellas. It includes daily housekeeping service. We found our home away from home and will return there every year. Thank you Ludo!

The perfect stay in Saint Barth's

We went to Saint Barth's for our honeymoon and Villa Alouette was the perfect stay. Walking into the villa, we were met with the most amazing view that really makes this villa what it is. Breezy and open on top of a hill, the villa is totally private and peaceful. It comes with everything you need for a holiday, including beach chairs, a small cooler and an umbrella for the beach. The simple villa is well maintained and someone came to clean everyday while we were at the beach. The self-contained kitchen also has everything you may need. The owner, who met us at the airport, was very friendly and extremely helpful. This place is highly recommended, it was such a amazing stay for us....we cannot wait to go back!!!

Great Place to Stay

Everything about the place is great. The pictures only highlight the place. Great views and very private. The Villa was in great shape with everything you need. The kitchen was fully equipped to prepare any meal you would like,even a charcoal grill. The pool was great and during our stay you had sun on the deck the majority of the day. The patio has a nice dining area for those afternoon drinks or the morning breakfast. The bedroom has plenty of storage space and the bed was great for sleeping. Plenty of water pressure and hot water. The bathroom was spacious with a nice walk in shower. Everything in the Villa description is honest plus some. The location is great. Close to some of the best beaches and resturants and not far from anything. Now the best part. The owner is great to deal with. They asked what we needed on arrival for the first day and had the pantry stocked for only the cost of the food. They met us at the airport, helped with the luggage and gave us an escort. You will not be disappointed with your stay here. I hate to write a review because this is one great place to stay and a heck of a deal. I am very picky about where I stay and this place was great. I only wish my next trip was next week.
