The Space:

This residence is a spacious 3-bedroom lock-off with a thoughtfully planned layout, located within the coveted 1 Homes Cabo, on the fourth floor of Building Seven, offering direct ocean views to Land’s End and marina views from two expansive terraces, each with its own plunge pool.



The prime location combines privacy and walkable access to the marina, dining, and the Cabo lifestyle. Residents enjoy access to resort-style amenities, including pools, wellness and fitness facilities, concierge services, and on-site dining. As a 3-bedroom lock-off, the residence offers outstanding flexibility, allowing owners to occupy the two-bedroom portion while generating rental income potential from the one-bedroom lock-off, or vice versa.
