Walking distance from all the shops and restaurants but in a quiet spot which was great. Amazing porch with a great breeze at night. Glen and Ilisa were wonderful hosts. We had an amazing family vacation

Stunning lake views

Location, location, location!!Screen porch with amazing lake views was awesome! Very nice shower! Having use of the boat dock was a huge plus!!

Property was as described, it is well maintained and extremely clean. The owner was very accommodating. This is a great place to stay, highly recommended.

Great stay!

Booked last minute for a week getaway with the family. The place is absolutely beautiful! The views alone were breathtaking. It was within walking distance to shops and dining. The dock was great for fishing and the paddle boat was an awesome addition. Glen was an amazing host. He showed us around when we got there and checked on us during our stay. We had such a good time and can’t wait to come back!

We stayed at this property for 4 nights. Glen and Ilisa were wonderful hosts. The property was exactly as described in their listing. The full length second floor screened in porch was clean and had a wonderful view of the lake. We ate our breakfast on the porch. Everything was super clean and the unit was well appointed with everything that you would need. The town of Meredith was very nice and clean and as the hosts said, everything that you would need was withing walking distance from the property. They even called us the morning before our stay and discussed everything with us on the phone giving us pointers about the town, shopping, restaurants etc. It was ideal for us since we brought our boat. We utilized their boat dock which has electricity on it to plug the boat in. It was quite convenient. The boat ramp/launch was a short walk form the dock. Overall this was a very nice experience and the hosts were exceptional.Deb and Scott

Downtown old farmhouse happiness

Great location just a few yards from downtown Meredith. Walk to everything. Lakefront view. We stayed in the upper 2/1. Pros: well kept old house with screened in upper front porch overlooking Meredith bay. Water pressure and hot water were fantastic. Furniture was modern and comfortable. Basement access for washers and driers ($1 but he has a working change machine!) Modern appliances. Cons: stairs would be difficult for someone with mobility issues. Both my wife and I are over 65 and had no difficulties but be aware that this is an upper condo. Selection of tv stations was limited to under 20 channels. We used our Netflix and Prime on the pre installed apps so no problem. Overall extremely positive. Great and easy communications with the owner. There were no bath towels or washcloths when we arrived but owner immediately responded to text and directed us to a locker where we found the needed items. Overall great experience. Old but clean and updated unit. Would recommend and will likely ask for another week next year.

Great Vacation Get Away!

This is a super clean and well organized rental with great owners! The dock space was perfect and well protected for our 20' boat. Groceries, restaurants, movies, bookstores, ice cream and a chocolate shop all within walking distance. Meredith is such a beautiful place and I would highly recommend this rental!

Amazing

Couldn't ask for more from this rental. It was like having a friend let us stay at their place--everything we needed was right there and it had such a homey feel. The grocery store is a block away which was perfect, and more restaurants than you could ask for. The second floor deck had the best view and spent a majority of our time relaxing on it (aside from the time spent on the lake). Wonderful rental! Will recommend to anyone thinking of vacationing at the lake.

Very nice view of the lake, Very clean and comfortable rental, Nice dock space for my small boat

We Enjoyed the rental and will be hopefully be returning. Note: Double bed mattress in room with the bunk beds is ready to be replaced.

Location & boat dock selling points

This is our 3rd time staying here and the location is great. Walk to restaurants & stores is so convenient. Biggest selling point is having the dock available for our boat!! And the view from porch is amazing.

Lakefront Stay

Very conveniently located property only minutes to everything you need in Meredith. A great place to have a coffee on the deck in the morning and a beer at night watching the Mount come in. Will definitely look to stay here next year.

Good location but...

This is a nice unit in a good location. It is old but has been updated with new appliances,flooring etc. The negatives are that bath towels are not included so after you arrive it’s out to buy towels. The washer and dryer included in the unit are coin operated at $1 a load so if you don’t have a roll of quarters you are out of luck. Probably the most annoying part is that you are expected to leave the unit in move-in-ready condition for the next guest. We are clean and tidy folks but vacuuming, mopping floors and cleaning the bath was not in our plans for a vacation.

Location and boat dock selling points for us

Very clean house with stocked kitchen that made it nice to cook breakfast each day. View from porch is beautiful. Enjoyed our week stay and appreciated always getting a quite response from owner.

Awesome location walking distance to everything nicely decorated with all the comforts of home nice view of the lake from the porch very nice owners my two teenage boys and a friend had a very nice stay
