This location is amazing and the owners are amazing. It is right on the lake and our children loved the location and makkng friends with all the neighbours as everyone was very welcoming. The home is very much cottage like and that is what we expected. The pictures of the property can actually be much better than what are posted. Unfortunately we did kill a few cockroaches in the kitchen and saw a rat outside on the deck. So we did have to keep all of our food locked up in our own coolers that we brought to ensure we kept it food out of sight and reach of these insects and rodents. We also ensured we thoroughly cleaned after every meal to not leave any crumbs and constantly threw out garbage to keep it out of the house. Although this issue was not ideal we made it work because the location was unbeatable. The owners were also very accomodating and very responsive. They were aware of the issue and have been actively try to resolve it.Other than the kitchen area, the rooms were ok. Beds were comfy enough for the week we stayed. Things we would recommend to owners:Provide beach chairs to take to the lakeProvide water toys for the lake (paddle boats, sand toys, kayak, etc)Provide more storage for clothing - dressers were small and old and closets did not have hangers. Assess cleaners work more frequently. It seemed like we cleaned better everyday compared to the way it was handed to us on our arrival.Overall, we loved this location so much that we likely would return
