Comfortable, Peaceful, Excellently appointed home on a large wooded lot in a quiet neighborhood.

The quiet and solitude of the neighborhood allows for some fantastic night sky views while sitting on the back deck.

South Harwich is centrally located at the "elbow" of the Cape. Easy access to the entire Cape and Islands.

Rental Rates are ALL INCLUSIVE. No additional Linen, cleaning or trash fees A truly all inclusive rate.

Upon your arrival you will meet our Concierge Specialist. Linens and towels are in place with beds made up and awaiting your arrival.

A Welcome Book is provided containing a "How Things Work Section" (TV, DVD. Internet, etc.) to help you get settled and comfortable in our home. We've included maps of the area, local restaurant menus, places of worship, fun Cape Cod sites and activities and much more.There are 6 bicycles for your use on the bike path which is 1 block away from the house.

An amply stocked kitchen and supply closet are part of our service: tissues, toilet paper, paper towels, plus. The kitchen has all new appliances; refrigerator with filtered water and ice dispenser, oversized microwave and oven - cooktop and microwave are bluetooth connected for cooktop lighting and venting. For the chef, a completely stocked pullout spice cabinet is next to the stove.
Large island with seating for your morning coffee time or late afternoon wine and snacks.

Beautifully appointed bathrooms. The home is in immaculate condition.

Large deck with table, chairs and 3 burner Weber gas barbecue. Full propane tank and full spare tank on hand.

Cable TV, 2 TVs, BluRay DVD Player and Hi-Speed internet.

A/C with individual controls for each bedroom.

We had a wonderful 2 weeks in your home!My husband and I stayed in the downstairs bedroom (I can’t do stairs), and our guests were upstairs. Your management team of Tina and Patrick were terrific to deal with, handling any issues we had, which were few.

Cozy convenient mid cape house

My family of 4 had a lovely stay at this charming house in West Harwich. The house was equipped with everything we needed (and more). The mid-cape location in a quiet street was perfect for easy drives to Chatham and Brewster and simple access to the bike trail.

Wonderful stay on the Cape

My three cousins and I had a lovely stay at this home. It’s in a great location near the beach, the bike path, and several restaurants. The outdoor deck, which is surrounded by many beautiful oaks and pines, is perfect for eating meals and hanging out together. The bikes gave us access to a picturesque bike path that was just down the road. The house was very clean and comfortable, and communication with the owners and property manager, Tina, was excellent. We had a small glitch with being able to access the wifi but I don’t think that will be an issue in the future. Overall, we were very happy with our choice of homes for our vacation.

This was another excellent visit to the Cape, seeing our favorite spots and discovering new places, too. The house was an ideal place to relax, cook a meal, and enjoy a good night sleep. We found everything we needed from olive oil to shampoo. The house also has a cozy feel and is charmingly decorated. We felt at home as soon as we opened the door.

A wonderful time

We had an amazing time! The check in and communication process was easy, we always got quick responses whenever we had any questions. The house was clean, spacious, has comfortable beds and is extremely well equipped, not only a kitchen with everything you might look for to cook big family meals, but also bikes to use on the nearby bike trail as well as beach chairs etc. The location is amazing and we had a wonderful time. We would love to come back next summer!

We had a fabulous week at the home on Heather Road. The home was absolutely perfect. It was immaculate and had everything we needed. We did not want for a thing. The property manager was extremely responsive. My Granddaughters and I will always cherish our time together at your home.

Quiet area

Overall I had a positive impression. The kitchen was well equipped and the AC worked well. One time the water for the shower was cold, but afterwards the temperature went back to normal. I wish that there was more light in the bedrooms upstairs. The back of the property felt very private.

The house of cooks

Very well appointed - especially the kitchen. Those who visited love to cook (one is a professional chef) and eat. In terms of equipment, everything was there and more - I have never seen a muffin tin in any other rental - and we certainly made use of the one that was there. Clams casino and seafood paella on the flat iron of the gas grill - yum! The house setting is quiet and restorative. And with the bike trail close at hand, we could burn off those calories we had consumed.

Beach and Bike Family Vacation

What a wonderful location, so close to the bike path! We loved the easy access and got to explore new parts of the trail. The house was clean, spacious, a comfortable living room big enough for the 5 of us to hangout and catch up. It’s extremely well equipped kitchen has everything you might look for to cook almost anything! Everything really is provided for you except beach towels; all paper goods, soaps, & sheetsare provided. It was so nice not to have to worry about packing any of that stuff. The house is clean, tastefully renovated, and again in an absolute perfect location.

Everything you need

This is the second time we’ve stayed here. The owners have thought of everything. All of the extras (paper goods, bath towels, cleaning supplies,fully stocked kitchen, bikes) are provided. You just need to show up and have a good time. The location is perfect. 3 minutes to Harwichport, 5 minutes to Chatham, 2 minutes to Red River Beach. Easy access to all highways. Bike path is right behind the house. The owners and house manager respond immediately and are incredibly friendly. We will continue to stay here each time we come to the Cape.

Excellent Location

Prior to our trip the owners were very prompt to answer any questions. When we arrived Tina the concierge met us immediately to give us the keys and a tour of the house. She was very knowledgeable about the area, and also happy to answer any questions. The house was clean, comfortable and homey. It was furnished with just about anything you might need even down to the paper towels, Kleenex, and laundry detergent. The kitchen was extremely well equipped, and had everything we needed. The best part if you are a biker the house was close to the trail to ride to Chatham, or to ride the Cape Cod Rail Trail toward Wellfleet. It also had bicycles in the basement we could use. We did use one which was in good condition with air in the tires and a helmet. For the remainder of the bikes we brought our own and locked them safely in the basement when we didn't want them on the car rack. The location is five minutes from a large Stop and Shop, five minutes to a beach, and about three minutes to the bike trail so it's an excellent location.

Everything you need

You have nothing to worry about with this home. All reviews are accurate. Everything is provided for you except beach towels. All paper goods, soaps, & sheetsare provided. The house is clean, tastefully renovated, and in an absolute perfect location. The owners are very accessible and Tina, the property manager who lives a few doors down,, is more than willing to help with anything. We will stay here again

Great Cape Location

This is a very nice home located in a quiet neighborhood but near to most of the things to do on Cape Cod. Tina was always responsive and made our stay easy. House had all the supplies you would need for cooking, cleaning, etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Hidden Gem!

Great Home and Location

A lovely home in Harwich with everything we needed for our week long stay. Tina, our concierge could not have been more welcoming prior to our arrival, and during our stay. We appreciated the close proximity to family in Chatham, the beaches, bike trail and grocery store. The deck, grill, wooded area, and privacy were icing on the cake!

Great Cape Cod cottage

Heather Hideaway was the perfect vacation home for our first visit to the Cape. It is perfectly located on a quiet street about one mile from the beach. The home is nicely decorated with the owner’s beautiful needlework. There are three bedrooms, two upstairs and one downstairs. Our two girls enjoyed staying in the downstairs room with two twin beds. We enjoyed having breakfast on the private deck every morning. There are bicycles and helmets for use in the basement. The lovely kitchen has everything you need to make home cooked meals. We grilled most nights but also enjoyed local favorites to include Kream n Kone and The Wild Goose Tavern. We look forward to coming back in a few years.

Lovely Home in a Quiet Neighborhood

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely home in a quiet residential neighborhood. We took advantage of the bicycles provided and the easy access to the Cape Cod Rail Trail. From the East/South Harwich location it is a short driving distance to beaches, shops, and other activities. The local host was very responsive and helpful.

The perfect place!

We were so happy with our stay at the Heather Hideaway! Every aspect of the home was well-suited for our family. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes and cookware, the bathrooms were in excellent condition, the bedrooms were comfortable and roomy, and the extra gear that was available for us to use for beach trips came in handy. Tina, our concierge, was extremely helpful and welcoming. The location and home were perfectly situated for our needs during our weeklong visit to the Cape. I highly recommend this home!

Great summer kickoff

My family and I were very comfortable here. Great Harwich location very near restaurants and shops and bay beaches. The manager was only minutes away if needed, (we did not) and very responsive to text questions.
