Excellent place, nicely renovated and very clean and comfortable for 4 adults. Superb location, only about a 5-minute walk to the private beach. Definitely would recommend!

Wonderful house and neighborhood! Very family friendly, private beach and playground, walkable to mini golf, restaurants, and shopping. 8 minute drive away from even more restaurants and shopping. Would stay again!

We had a wonderful week at this beach house and would happily stay here again! The home was charmingly decorated, very clean, and clearly designed with guests' comfort in mind. Every detail felt thoughtful and well-planned, which made our stay relaxing and effortless from start to finish.The house was especially great for families with children. It was very kid-friendly and had everything we needed to feel at home. The location was also fantastic, just a short walk to both the beach and the playground and not too far from Poppy Market, which made it easy to enjoy the best parts of the area.Erin was an excellent host. She was easy to communicate with, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. It's clear she takes great pride in making sure her guests have a positive experience.We truly loved our time here and made some wonderful family memories. We highly recommend this property and would absolutely return in the future!

Great vacation rental

Our family had a great week renting Erin’s cottage. Clean, comfortable house with all amenities, and a great location near the beach. We were very happy, would love to rent again.

Great place!

Great place and stocked with all the amenities. I have been renting place for the last 15 summers and this by far had the most thought for their renter in what was supplied. We appreciated the detail !

Perfect rental

Everything was great. Loved the house. Perfect for our stay for a family wedding at the Pomponessett Inn. Decor was so cute. House was stocked with the important stuff. I would definitely recommend this home for families.

My family had a wonderful time at the cottage. The check in process was surprisingly easy due to the programmed lock with a passcode. The cottage is quite roomy and very nicely decorated. Thoughtful printed materials about the area were provided, as well as basic amenities. The outdoor patio was great for evening meals. There is also a shed with all sorts of beach equipment. The private beach was a very short walk away. Overall, a great family friendly place to stay.

Perfect

The location is spectacular. I would love to move there some day. It is a quiet and gorgeous neighborhood in a perfect location. The beach is a very short walk and is a relaxing and quiet beach. The local area is great. The host immediately responds, although there were no issues on our end. The ad is exactly as it appears. Great stay!

The property was as-advertised, very clean, and included a host (Erin) who was very responsive and helpful. The setup of the house was great for a family traveling with small children, and had tons of extras to help with having kids on the trip - strollers, beach carts, beach toys, and even children's beach chairs. (We didn't use the ping-pong table in the basement, but it was set up very nicely and convenient for anyone who would.) The walk to the beach was very reasonable, and the walk to the community playground was even shorter. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend this to anyone traveling with a small family.

Beautiful Vacation Home Needs New Bathroom Door!

This vacation home was clean, comfortably furnished and well maintained. Quiet, pleasant neighborhood. House had a wonderfully equipped kitchen. Families with children will be delighted by the huge range of toys, strollers, etc. It was a little longer of a walk to the beach than we had anticipated but the private beach was beautiful! Family members enjoyed fishing at the Spit. Our only complaint concerns the door leading from the master bedroom to the in suite bathroom. The barn style door is too small for the opening to the bathroom. Huge gap no matter how you try to close the door! No privacy for the person in the bathroom!

Wonderful beach home. Super clean and nicely furnished. Appears to have been recently updated with high end appliances, cabinets, bathrooms, etc. Comfortable beds and central AC was key as it was very hot during our stay. Well stocked with everything you’d need from kitchen items, linens, paper products to beach gear. Short walk to wonderful beach, probably about 10 minutes /-. We enjoyed our stay tremendously and will look forward to our next visit!

Wedding Weekend

Hi, We were very pleased with the house. It was just the right size, comfortable and had everything we needed. The location and furnishings and decor were great as well. We had lots of wedding photos done at the house and it made for a nice backdrop.

Great Rental

Adorable rental in Popponesset. Kids room was great for toddler with bed low to the ground and a trundle option. Kitchen was well outfitted and nice touch with lots of kids books/ toys available! Would rent again!

Ideal location

The location of this property was amazing -- a true 5 minute walk to the beach and an ideal neighborhood. We were in town for a wedding at the Popponosset Inn and our location could not have been better. Check-in and check-out was super easy and we loved our stay. My husband and I stayed in the house with one other couple. It was perfect size for us. As a note, the third bedroom is a true kids room so it would probably be tight if you had 6 adults. Would definitely stay again!

Great July 4th Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at this charming Poppy cottage. The home was completely updated, absolutely spotless and had every amenity you would need while vacationing. We had five adults and had plenty of room. The high-quality sheets and towels were new, and the kitchen was well appointed. The furniture was very cozy for lounging around and the kitchen table was large enough for all to eat at. The shed was full of beach gear and there were plenty of games inside the home. It was a quick walk to the private beach and about a 20 minute walk to The Poppy Marketplace. Erin was wonderful throughout the process, very accommodating and quickly returned my texts and emails. We look forward to returning next year!

Exceeded our Expectations!!

I cant say enough about our wonderful stay! Erin was amazing to work with from the very start. Erin was so kind and patient with my many questions as it was our first time visiting the area and was able to answer all of them and then some! The house was clean, decorated beautifully, beds were extremely comfortable and was an easy walk to the beach. The beach was beautiful and not crowded. We have fallen in love with the area and will be visiting again next year for sure!
