Sunny and bright Maushop Village townhome, located steps from the beach. Ideal for 4 adults with 2 bedrooms and a full bath upstairs and central A/C. Downstairs there is a 1/2 bath, a spacious living room, kitchen and dining area. There is a washer & dryer in the unit. Every amenity and necessity that you could need is provided. The furnishings and decor are Cape Cod coastal casual.

One of the shortest walks to the Maushop beach stairs. This unit has an updated kitchen and baths. Authentic Cape Cod details such as wide pine flooring, exposed beams, shiplap, brick courtyards, and white picket fences that make it perfectly charming. The entire neighborhood is dotted with abundant blooming hydrangeas, climbing roses and sweet honeysuckle vines. There are two 2 brick patio areas and a balcony deck that faces the ocean views for your enjoyment. Sip a morning coffee on the patio while you marvel at the stunning sunrise or enjoy an evening on the balcony under the light of a full moon. Summer breezes off of the ocean are simply heavenly. Maushop Village is a quintessential Cape Cod experience offering a private, yet active vacation lifestyle.

Great week in Maushop Village. This is the fourth different unit we’ve stayed in, and definitely the best location so far. Right across from the stairs to the beach, and a 2 min walk with the wagon down the path to the beach. The grassy area next door was also great for kids to play, and the road loop around the unit is quiet enough for bikes and scooters. The unit was clean and quiet, and worked well for two adults and two kids. Thanks for the 2025 Maushop beach memories!

Perfect Family Getaway Near the Beach

We had a wonderful stay! This home was a perfect fit for our family with two young boys. It was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we could possibly need. While you really can't go wrong with how close any cottage in Maushop is to the beach, this one is basically knocking on the ocean’s door - which was a huge bonus for us. We appreciated how family-friendly and well-stocked everything was as well. We’d definitely love to return!

Nice place; beautiful property and private development! Nice access to beach and amenities of the development! Rental a little smaller than pictures but in great shape on inside with everything you need! Outside of building needs a little tuneup-looks like winters are hard on it.

Great Maushop Rental

Long weekend in this Maushop rental, fantastic stay and a wonderful rental. I've rented many of these units over the years and this one is by far the best in terms of location and what is provided in the unit itself. The hosts have a great understanding of what is important - comfortable beds, TV that works, well stocked kitchen, new beach chairs and umbrellas. Left us wanting nothing. Thanks Katie and Paul.

Peaceful Retreat

The townhouse is well maintained and is just steps away from a private beach. The bed is comfortable and the towels are plush. Although there are many homes in the complex, it is quiet and serene. For anyone wanting a seaside vacation without the tourist clutter and noise, this home is a great choice. The owner is immediately available if you have any questions.

Phenomenal location!

We spent a week at this lovely condo and were delighted with our stay. The condo is a short walk to the beach and has spectacular views of the ocean—leave the balcony doors open to hear the waves! The condo has everything you need for a week away: all the necessary kitchen appliances, including a Keurig, an updated shower with great water pressure, washer/dryer with drying rack and iron, ceiling fans to keep that sea air circulating, and mini splits for days when it was just too hot to keep the windows open. We loved eating on the patio under the umbrella and using the grill. It was a breeze getting to the beach with our toddler, and we were delighted to find a bin of communal beach toys at the entrance! The condo supplied comfortable beach chairs, towels and an umbrella, so we were well-equipped for many happy hours playing in the sand. If you have small children, I highly recommend bringing your own towels as it was a crunch to wash, dry and fold all the towels before check-out at 9:30 a.m. while wrangling kids. It’ll make your last morning run more smoothly so you can enjoy your final moments of vacation. The community is charming, with great neighbors and a laid-back vibe. We loved taking walks around the neighborhood and meeting all the friendly people and their dogs! We will definitely be returning to Paul’s condo next year and are looking forward to our stay!

The Perfect Spot!

Perfect location, seamless check-in and checkout, clean as a whistle and great host to work with. I have stayed in Maushup Village many times and will say that this location was by far the best. Will definitely look to stay in this same unit next year! Thank you!

Awesome beach-front cottage!

The place was perfect for our family of 4! All the amenities we needed, right on beach, and very comfortable for a relaxing stay. We found ourselves driving over to Falmouth quite often for restaurants, shopping, and fun. Highly recommend!

Lovely cottage in Maushop Village. Very good location. 2 bedrooms 1 1/2 bath. - Lovely linens- bath and bed. AC units in both bedrooms and living room- much needed a couple of days! To note: be prepared for an early check out 9:30 am
