Early Check-In & Late Check-Out
Weāre happy to offer early check-in and/or late check-out based on availability. If youād like to extend your stay on either end, just let us know in advance. Additional fees may apply depending on the requested time.
Where is parking permitted?
Parking is only allowed in the garage and the driveway. Maximum of 3 cars. For evenings between 9:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., we ask that you park in the driveway or in the garage. Street parking is not permitted after 2:00 a.m. Citations are issued for overnight parking by the Country Club.
Do we allow pets?
Yes! We welcome your fur babies! A $75.00 fee is assessed per reservation per pet (maximum 2 pets weighing a maximum of 45 lbs each). Dogs are not to be left unattended inside or outside. If you must leave the property without your dog, your dog must be crated in an enclosed crate (not simply a cordoned-off area, a bedroom, the garage, or another closed room). Please bring your pet crate if you anticipate leaving the property without your pet during your stay (we usually have a crate on-site, but do not guarantee its availability or condition. There are several pet stores in the area if you need to purchase a crate. The non-refundable per-pet fee is to be paid before the stay. Any additional cleaning or damage caused by a guestās pet beyond the pet fee will be charged to the guest. For stays exceeding 5 days, the pet fee increases to $100.00 per stay.
Dogs are not allowed in the pool or on the golf course (the golf course is a privately owned enterprise).
Landscaping
The HOA and the Landscaper will take care of the property on Monday and Thursday
Pool:
Pool heating is available. A 2-night minimum is required. Polol heat fees range from $50-75 per day, depending on the season. Please get in touch with us at least 48 -72 hours before your stay. The pool will be heated to 85°F daily from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PMāperfect for a relaxing swim during your stay.
The pool is usually cleaned 2x per week on Tuesdays and Fridays.
Lifestyle Center & Community Amenities:
Guests enjoy access to the communityās Lifestyle Center, which includes pools, fitness facilities, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and bocce ball.
In addition, the community features three spas for guest use. The closest spa is conveniently located just 0.3 miles away, about a 5ā6 minute walk from the property. Access to these amenities is limited to 4 registered guests at a time. We kindly ask that you notify your host in advance so we can add your names to the guest list.
Your peace of mind and your children's safety are our top priorities. To enhance child safety, pool door alarms are installed to provide an extra layer of security and alert you to any unauthorized access to the pool area. Not engaging the pool alarms is a risk to the guest on record. The Sundance Inn does not assume any liability due to the non-use of the pool alarms.
For outdoor enjoyment, we provide plastic and paper dishware and glasses. Please note that for safety reasons, glass and ceramic items are not permitted near the pool area.
Is the property located on a golf course?
Please note the home is located on a golf course. While our guests are enjoying the views or watching the golfers, please be aware that on occasion, a golfer may hit an errant ball onto our property. Please note we are not responsible for any injuries or damage inflicted by a golfer.
Do we allow smoking?
Smoking and vaping are only allowed *outside
