A security camera is located above the garage and a Ring doorbell monitors the front for safety.
City of La Quinta ordinance: No amplified music outside. Please keep voices at a respectful level outdoors. Fines for violations may be substantial and guests will be held responsible.
Parking: Do not park in front of neighborsā houses. Use the garage, driveway, or the front of the house. Please get approval if you have more than 3 cars.
