Less than 10 minutes via flat, paved roads to Breckenridge Ski Resort or Main Street. This home spans two levels and features 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, two living spaces, a foosball table, a two car heated garage with EV charger (Tesla and J1772), private hot tub, back yard and direct mountain views of the 10 Mile Range.
The space Main Level: • Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook and serve a meal • Dining room with seating for seven • Sunken living room with gas fireplace and large windows framing the mountain peaks • Fenced in deck with outdoor dining, grill and private hot tub • Bedroom with TV, king bed and ensuite bathroom. Ensuite bathroom features a shower, separate bath tub, toilet closet and double vanity • Half bathroom • Dedicated entry mud room for gear • Laundry room with washer and dryer • Two car heated garage with Tesla EV charger
Lower Level: • Second living room with gas fireplace, large smart TV and foosball table • Second bedroom with one king bed, one queen bed, and ensuite bathroom. • Third bedroom with King bed • Room with TV, couch, vanity and dedicated workspace • Shared hallway bathroom

Provided Items: • The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. We also provide complimentary salt and pepper, coffee and tea, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, and a sponge. • The bathroom is fully stocked with necessities as well as hairdryers and full size hand soap/conditioner/shampoo/body wash. Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer. • There is a pack n play crib available in this property. Pack n play sheets are not provided. • Hot tub towels are provided.

Other things to note » Maximum occupancy (8) cannot be exceeded at any time. » There is a $25 fee to return lost and found items, in addition to any shipping charges. » There is a $100 pet fee per stay for up to 2 pets, collected upon booking. » There is no air conditioning and most properties in the area do not have it due to the mild summer weather and the fact that it cools down significantly at night. » There is the potential to snow October-May so cars with proper snow tires and 4WD/AWD are recommended, if not required. » Guests are responsible for being aware of the Breckenridge Ski Area lift and terrain statuses. Property mountain access details are dependent on open lifts and runs. » This house is located at an elevation of approximately 9,600ft and is considered high altitude. We recommend visiting the CDC website for more information on traveling to high altitudes. » The driveway is plowed after storms of more than 4 inches. Snow removal is based on the plow route and schedule and may not happen immediately. 4WD or AWD vehicles with proper all-weather/snow tires are necessary in order to navigate the driveway during the winter months. We are not responsible or able to assist with any vehicles that become stuck or are unable to enter or exit the driveway. Street parking is not allowed. » While we accept dogs or cats, please be a respectful dog owner. It is expected that dog owners will clean up after their dogs, inside and outside. Fees may be incurred if extra cleaning is necessary. Max pet limit is 2. » The private hot tub requires weekly service so stays longer than 4 nights may have a hot tub contractor stop by. » The minimum age to rent is 25. » Events that exceed the maximum occupancy are not permitted. » This home has exterior facing cameras at the front entry » The owners of this home have had cats in the home and we accept pet cats. » Weather in the mountains can be unpredictable, and travel disruptions may occur. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, as we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations or interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control.

Easy location to go between Breckenridge, Keystone and Frisco. House was clean, comfortable and very roomy. Would definitely stay here on a future trip.

Everything you need!
This property had plenty of room for our family and dog and was stocked with all the supplies we needed. Amazing views of the mountains from the hot tub! The house was very clean and the heated floors were a nice touch! Great location for us to enjoy skiing at Copper and dining and shopping in Breck.

Light and Bright
This house is light and bright with a clean decor style. Three bedrooms downstairs and a master upstairs. Lots of sleeping space!!The location was perfect- a few minutes from the Breckenridge Rec Center, slopes and downtown. Would definitely stay here again!!

Wonderful Experience
We had a wonderful experience in this home. It was very clean with a superbly stocked kitchen which was perfect for our Thanksgiving meal. The home was exactly as stated on the listing and it provided plenty of space (and then some) for a very comfortable stay. The communication with the lease agent was spot on and very easy. Thank you for a fantastic experience.

New Year Skiing
Spent two wonderfull nights in the spacious house in a quite neighborhood just minutes away from the Breckenridge gondola. Everything was first class. Absolutely no complaints. Really appreciated access to the heated garage since we arrived in a blinding snowstorm.Host Jesse kept us well informed.

Family Vacation
My husband and I stayed with our three adult children for one week. House had plenty of space for everyone to have their own bed and area. Used kitchen quite a bit and had everything we needed. The only area I think could be improved is the back outside area. Seemed a bit overgrown and not really taken care of. The large fence somewhat detracted from the View from the deck.

Beautiful spacious house
The house was everything that was advertised to be. 10 minutes from the Breckenridge lifts and 20 minutes from Copper. It was very well stocked with all the kitchen and bathroom needs. The beds were new and comfortable. The garage was large enough for my pick up and another vehicle. The management company was extremely responsive to helping us turn on the Jacuzzi. It was located in a quiet neighborhood and super dog friendly. I would recommend this house for anybody who needs plenty of space to spread out as it had two large living areas one upstairs, and another one below.

Great summer stay
Our family of 4, plus two of our children’s friends, had a great 2 week summer stay at this house. The pictures provided are an accurate representation of what you’re going to get. The kitchen came with everything you’d need to cook a full meal. We grilled a few nights on the deck and found the grill to be easy to use, clean, and had an extra propane tank should you need it. The beds in the house were firm and very comfortable. The location was close enough to town to be convenient and far enough away to be out of the hustle and bustle. The bus stop was also a very reasonable walking distance away. The hot tub worked great and was clean. We had a couple issues with the internet, but the management service always responded promptly and had someone out the same day to have it fixed. All in all we had a great stay and are looking forward to staying again next year.
