Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're truly sorry to hear about the roaches, the condition of the floors, and the low water pressure. That is not the experience we want for any guest, and we take these concerns seriously. We also want to note that we didn't receive any calls or messages about these issues during your stay. We always encourage guests to reach out to us directly as soon as something isn't right. Our team is responsive and ready to help, and we can often address problems like these right away so you can get back to enjoying your time at the coast. We've shared your comments with our team so we can review this property carefully. Thank you again for your honesty, and we hope you'll give us the chance to make things right in the future. Thank you for the 5-star review, your kind words are very much appreciated. We look forward to your next stay with us at Life in Paradise.

Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad to hear the house was comfortable, spacious, and had perfect parking for your group. We’re sorry to hear about the cleanliness concerns and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. While our properties are regularly sprayed for pests, the island environment can indeed be a challenge as insects thrive here. Additionally, the sandy surroundings can make it tricky to keep floors perfectly spotless. We’ll continue to work on improving these areas to ensure a better experience for our guests. Thank you for noting the value of the property, and we hope to host you again in the future! -Life in Paradise Team
