Pull up and park in our private, paved driveway and let your cares melt away. Enjoy a swim in the brand new private pool or soak up the sun in the shallow lounge area. Rinse off from a fun day in the sand with our hot and cold outdoor shower. There is plenty of shaded entertainment area next to the pool to relax, have a drink, or fire up the grill. Let the kids run and play in the privacy of our fenced yard.
Once upstairs, you’ll find a covered balcony with table and chairs. Watch the people below in the pool or sit back and enjoy the breeze. With five bedrooms and three bathrooms you’ll have plenty of room to stretch out and relax in our perfectly appointed beach home. Inside you’ll find a spacious and open living room complete with big screen TV and two new, full-sized couches. The living room is open to the dining room and fully-equipped, completely remodeled kitchen. With new appliances and beautiful new quartz countertops, our kitchen is the perfect place to whip up a quick meal or prepare a gourmet feast for your entire family. Down the hall you’ll find four bedrooms and two bathrooms ideal for multiple families. The laundry room has a washer and dryer for your convenience. Slip away to separate downstairs unit where you’ll find a private master suite complete with king bed and full bathroom.

No major issues.. just a little wifi connecting problem fixed in 3 mins.. pool was great. Climate In upstairs was great. Downstairs was ok then noticed they provided fans which helped out a great deal. This weekend was a busy one so kids didn't get to play kick on their bikes due to the traffic other then that the pool made up for it. They really enjoyed swimming. Both Lauren and Rebecca were easy to get ahold of and i loved that. Then you very much .

The photos were very flattering to a just ok property. A couple of the kitchen utensils were broken ex) can opener and the neighborhood is very crowded and loud and we were there off season mid week. To top off our stay the downstairs Masters bedroom had MANY tree roaches everywhere any time it got dark. The place definitely needs to be spayed for bugs. The property manager was 15 minutes late to meet us after being so insistent that we not waste her time. The positives were upstairs was nice with multiple bedrooms with clean comfy beds!

We so enjoyed our stay again returning the fourth time. We like waking to beach as perfect distance.We noted a couple of things that we want to share;- several pots/pans show the Teflon pilling.- when I looked at the return air grill it was extremely dusty. The filter was even worst.We hope to return again next year!

We loved every minute of it there was plenty of sleeping room and plenty of room for everyone upstairs and downstairs everyone loved the pool with privacy fence I will definitely renting this house again and I recommend it as well!!!!

Nice Place.

Not perfect but perfect enough. A great place overall for large family. Pool clean and refreshing, picnic table Great for cards and conversation, nice sheets and towels, water hose helpful, good cookware and great balcony for breezes and sunsets. Some quirks… On corner so lots of traffic and road noise. Maybe add box fans to rooms. Beds super comfy but king frames are squeaky and shaky. Shampoo and body wash a leave much to be desired. Kitchen table needs replacing or reinforcing. It’s About to collapse. We would stay again and thanks for hosting.

1st Whole Family Vacay

Was a great pool. Larger than expected. The second story with the four bedrooms was perfect for the littlest grands. The deck was smaller than expected, but had a locking gate so the babies couldnt walk down the stairs and that is definitely a calming part! The first story bedroom was very spacious, and a private area for the grandparents. But, there was only a bed and a dresser for such a large space. Would love to have had a small comforatable sitting area. The noise level was high, but we read the reviews and were expecting it. Overall, we were very satisfied! I would stay there again.

Family Weekend

The location is great..the house was clean..the pool was nice but not clean during our stay.The WFI was week we were not able to watch TV in the master bedroom or in the bed room upstairs. There was a message the TV screen with a QR code for the Direct TV log on . I didnt bother to call the owner about it.Next we will make the TV's work..up on arrival.We spend alot of time on the beach. We will stay there again.

Great stay!

We had great time. The house is wonderful, everything is exactly as stated and more. The kitchen was fully stocked with about every pot, pan or dish you could need. I always make muffins for my family and there was a muffin tin also.The W/D are deal breakers for us so having full size machines was great. There are ceiling fans in each room with addition box fans in the closets, lots of movies and games. The yard and pool were fantastic, no stickers, grass was amazing. It was nice to take a break from the beach but still be outside. The bedroom downstairs was a wonderful place for us to get some downtime from the family. A small refrigerator would be a great addition and we may have never needed to go upstairs! Plenty of towels, soap and hair products. Things we brought that were helpful because there were a lot of us: trash bags, toilet paper and paper towels, zip locks, laundry soap, and dish rags. Also we had several ice chest for drinks only since there is only one fridge. The only negative for this property is that is on a busy street and those golf carts are really loud. If is unfortunate that people are oblivious to others when they blare music or honk at all hours. We were so tired that we slept fine but really noticed it as we were just sitting on the porch. It would not stop us from staying here again. One more suggestion would be to check the A/C in the downstairs, it was good and cool but also loud. We love our stay there.

Nice but noisy

The house was nice, and close to the beach. It is right on the corner of a very busy and noisy street. We were woken several times late into the night by golf carts zooming by blasting loud music. The pool was nice, and overall the house worked well for us. The bathroom tub upstairs nearest the kitchen doesn’t drain properly. I would not stay here again, but only because it was very noisy. Also we could only find a couple wash clothes. Plenty of towels.

Lovely home

Home was close to the beach and gas station. It’s a corner home so we were able to have more privacy and see the traffic from the deck.

Birthday beach vacation

We now have 3 kids and look forward to getting to the beach as often as we can. We live in San Antonio, Texas, and love the fact that we can get in the car and drive to the beach in just a few hours. We have developed a real love for the City of Port Aransas, and can't wait for you to enjoy it too!
