Perfect location--right in the middle of Dupont Circle. Shopping, restaurants, business, tourist sites, everything--just minutes from your home in DC!

SUPER EASY CHECK IN AND OUT:
Arrive on your schedule and don't worry about trying to meet up with someone for the key. The unit is equipped with a lock box in fort of apartment ready for your arrival. So if your travel plans change, no problems!
Easy 24 hour access with a lock box with the keys inside. So you can arrive anytime and you don't have to worry about trying to meet up and get the key.

When you are in pls return keys to lock box and lock the main door then walk to your room. Extra key hanging in the door for you to in and out of the house. And when you check out pls return that key o hang back in the door and lock all the doors.

-This unit is professionally cleaned and managed by the owner. You won't see anyone's laundry and or other stuff lying around.

Parking:
-Street parking available but this is Washington DC so you may have to circle the block to find it but pls read carefully the sign. DC got $1.3million per year of parking tickets Or park in a garage a block away (look on Spot Hero website for best pricing.

My parking lot in open garage just behind the apartment very convenient with small fee per night. $20-50 paid via venmo or zelle in advance.

We're available to you 24/7. We pride ourselves on serving your every need during your stay.

This house is very strictly non-smoking, no vaping, no pets, and absolutely no illegal drugs or cannabis products! Smoking is not allowed anywhere in or on the property. Key is available in a lockbox if check-in or check-out time conflicts with the hosts' schedule.

We do NOT allow other guests or visitors. Please do not invite people other than our registered guests. Specifically, this means no parties without express prior agreement and fees.

Check-in time is 4PM and check-out time is 11AM. You are NOT to enter or occupy the property before your check-in time or after your check-out time unless you have approval from us in advance in the VRBO message thread.

We require a mandatory paid cleaning every 14 days on stays over two weeks. This will be paid in cash, Venmo, Zelle, or cash and is NOT optional. Price==$75 every 14 days.

- No guns in our house,
- Please be respectful of our neighbors with noise,
- No visitors or unregistered guests,
- Package & mail delivery are expressly not allowed,
- Please be sure to place the shower curtain inside the tub before showering,
- Please note that we have stairs at the front entry--up 8 and down 4.
- Please note that if you have a SERVICE ANIMAL, we expect it NEVER to be left alone in the property(!) and that you agree (IN ADVANCE) to pay any and all damages or additional cleaning as a result of your (and the animal's) visit even if this damage or cleaning is caused by the animal. Also note we do NOT allow “ESAs” or other “support animals”.
- Note, cameras are installed at every exterior door of our home and will be recording during your stay. Any attempt to disable/re-aim/cover/remove the cameras will result in immediate termination of your booking with no refund.
