Cozy Cape Cod ranch located minutes away from local beaches. Situated on a quiet block just close enough to everything Hyannis/Barnstable has to offer and just far enough to offer serenity and relaxation.

Conveniently located near Cape Cod Hospital. We are happy to host traveling medical professionals looking for rentals in the area.

The Space
Short drive, quick bike ride or leisurely walk and you will be feeling the ocean breeze of Craigville Beach. The house layout is 3 bedrooms, a living room with fireplace, open eat in kitchen, two full baths with a back yard/deck, outdoor shower and garage.

This house has all of the things you might need to enjoy your summer at the Cape. We cherish our own time at the house and hope that you will enjoy it as much as we do and treat it as if it was your own.

House Details:

Each bedroom has its own closet and plenty of space to put a travel crib or aerobed if needed. All beds/pillows are of a high quality for great comfort.

Bedroom 1 –Queen bed, full bath, TV, Air Conditioning.

Bedroom 2 – 1 full bed to sleep 2 and a twin trundle bed which can be used as two separate beds. Air Conditioning.

Bedroom 3 – 2 twin beds which are set up to be used separately or pushed together to make one king bed. Air Conditioning.

Amenities – Beach Parking Pass, Cable TV in Living Room and Master Bedroom, WiFi, fireplace, board games

Garage filled with lots of games and beach accessories

Back yard with deck and furniture, gas grill

Note that we have 2 cameras installed outside the house. One faces the front door and another faces the garage door.
