Beach Relaxation In Cape Cod!

New renovations for 2024 - fresh paint throughout the entire house. New floors, new couch and all new beds and linens.

Cozy Cape Cod ranch located minutes away from local beaches. Situated on a quiet block just close enough to everything Hyannis/Barnstable has to offer and just far enough to offer serenity and relaxation.

Conveniently located near Cape Cod Hospital. We are happy to host traveling medical professionals looking for rentals in the area.

The Space
Short drive, quick bike ride or leisurely walk and you will be feeling the ocean breeze of Craigville Beach. The house layout is 3 bedrooms, a living room with fireplace, open eat in kitchen, two full baths with a back yard/deck, outdoor shower and garage.

This house has all of the things you might need to enjoy your summer at the Cape. We cherish our own time at the house and hope that you will enjoy it as much as we do and treat it as if it was your own.

House Details:

Each bedroom has its own closet and plenty of space to put a travel crib or aerobed if needed. All beds/pillows are of a high quality for great comfort.

Bedroom 1 –Queen bed, full bath, TV, Air Conditioning.

Bedroom 2 – 1 full bed to sleep 2 and a twin trundle bed which can be used as two separate beds. Air Conditioning.

Bedroom 3 – 2 twin beds which are set up to be used separately or pushed together to make one king bed. Air Conditioning.

Amenities – Beach Parking Pass, Cable TV in Living Room and Master Bedroom, WiFi, fireplace, board games

Garage filled with lots of games and beach accessories

Back yard with deck and furniture, gas grill

Private outdoor shower

Quiet Cape Cod Cottage

We had a wonderful two weeks stay at this cozy cottage. The beds were comfortable, the linens high-quality. The house was clean as was the property. We were just 1 mile from a local beach and spent our days and nights enjoying the beach and the Red Sox games on TV.

I left a note on the ktchen table, so i hope all was relayed to you! I was alone most of the month, my son, daughter in law and 2 girls came on 2 -3 weekends. they also enjoyed your home. the deck furniture was wonderful, so was the PASS to beach, outside shower was my every day. Best Cape vacation

This was the best Cape vacation ever for several reasons. We loved having a full kitchen that had just about everything you need. We had more then enough space for 4 adults , a 2 year old and a dog. The couch on the patio is extremely comfortable. We wouldn’t hesitate to rent the property again.

Extended fall vacation

House is very comfortable and has everything needed for cooking, laundry etc. Very quiet neighborhood. Close to many great beaches, restaurants, shopping. Our stay was cut a bit short by choice because of a nor'easter but would recommend this property. Simon (owner) responds to any needs quickly.

Lovely home and close to everything

We stayed at this home for 2 weeks to celebrate our anniversary. The home is spacious and had everything we needed. It is close to the ferry, making day trips to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket easy. The beautiful walkable neighborhood was a plus.

Great location, great house, great owner

The house was clean, roomy, and convenient to Hyannis and the beaches. We didn't have many questions, but the owner was fast and responsive when we did. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent stay

We really enjoyed our 6 week stay here. The house was clean, spacious, in a quiet neighborhood and centrally located to everything we needed. Simon, the owner was super responsive, and helped to make sure we had what we needed. The house comes with a Barnstable resident pass which gave us access to all beaches and lakes. We’ll be back again!

House in Hyannis

This was our second stay in Simon's house. We spent a week there 2 years ago. We really like the house and the location. Simon always responded promptly to any questions we had. We hope to rent this house again next summer!

Cape Cod Vacation

This was our first time of using VRBO and what a great experience. This house is located in a very quiet neighborhood but still very close to all the attractions one would want to see while visiting cape cod. Simon was very cordial and checked on us to make sure that everything was in order. Didn't want to leave and will certainly plan to return to this place again! Couldn't come up with a negative comment if we had too! Thanks for a great week away.

Cute, comfy, convenient

We had a great time and felt that this was an ideal location for riding bikes, walking dogs and as a base for exploring the cape. We arrived extremely late at night (or early, depending on your perspective) and the lockbox code was wrong but the owners were very responsive and got us the correct one within minutes after I reached out to them. The house is very well stocked (I lacked for nothing in the kitchen and we even had two friends stop by and were able to bbq, that never works out well in a rental house but was perfect here). It really felt like a home away from home...lots of extras: gas grill, extra bikes available for borrowing, very nice patio furniture, little soaps for those of us who forgot, a full stock of detergent/soap/cleaning supplies. Lovely decorations, spacious rooms considering the size of the house and overall a wonderful experience. Great value for the price. I would definitely rent this home again if we go back to the Cape.

Great Getaway

Nice house; clean, well appointed and well maintained. Quiet neighborhood, great deck, grill and outdoor shower. A garage that renters are allowed to use and we did so for bike and suitcase storage. Some pets allowed which also was a plus for us. Responsive and personable landlord. Very positive overall rental experience. Would go back in a minute.

Hyannis house

We loved staying in Simon's house! This is a very cute house and it is beautifully decorated. It has everything one would need. Location is great, so close to 2 very nice private beaches. It is located on a quiet street, but also close to food shopping (Trader Joe's is 10 min away!). Simon answered all our questions promptly. Highly recommend. Eva

All in all....very nice little place for a week long family vacation!

First, I have to give Kudos to Simon, the owner of the house for his quick response to all our needs, especially on the first night..... Some suggestions to consider when staying here. First, the house is well air-conditioned with window units...and within the house there is a system that sucks the hot air into the attic. We suggest NOT using it as it appeared warmer at night...and more humid...if you turn on this system. We simply used the Holms floor fans in each of the rooms to move the air around the house...this worked much better to move air towards the living room and kitchen area. We loved the outdoor patio and grill...very nice touch....just be very careful of the garage door opener...it is very old and does not have any safety features to "halt" the door from coming down on an object...or say a person or the roof of your car...the remote is very very sensitive so be careful of this... There was plenty of linen for our use, and the washer drier was a nice bonus to wash your clothes after a long day at the beach. Entertainment center was nice and functioned well. Simon has a nice summary hand out of expectations for residents...two of them in separate rooms actually...which outlines some suggestions and does clearly dictate that the garage is not a safe place for kids! The beach pass was nice and he does allow pets which was great for our older dog! All and all...this was a very nice place to stay, and we would consider staying here again if we make another Cape Trip! Enjoy!

The Perfect Family Vacation Spot

We spent 5 days here and had a wonderful experience. From the time we booked to the end of the trip, Simon was easy to contact and had a quick response to help us out! The house was in a perfect location to everything we needed. Having the beach pass was a huge plus! If you have the chance to stay at this house, you should book it!

Such a comfortable place to stay

I am nearing the end of a 3 month stay here for work and it was such a fantastic experience from beginning to end. Simon was prompt in communication, instructions were clear, and the house was absolutely wonderful. Comfortable furniture and beds, easy to use washer and dryer, fully functional kitchen with plates, utensils, microwave, coffee maker, etc. This place is minutes from the water, shopping, tourist attractions - it's just a perfect place to stay long term or short term. I hope I get the chance to stay here again. Thank you, Simon!

October on the Cape

My friends and I (women of a certain age) stayed here for a month in October. The house is cosy, warm and well equipped. There is a lovely, private back deck to sit out and enjoy the sunshine, and a quiet neighbourhood. Although the house is not within walking distance of shops and restaurants, there are plenty within a short car ride. Hyannis is nearby and the house is a good central point to visit the many beautiful small towns on the Cape, or to catch the ferry to Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others.

Clean, comfortable, central location

We loved the stay. The house was clean when we arrived ( and departed). Mattresses comfortable and bathrooms kitchen and washer dryer all worked well!! Many plates, cups, bowls- limited utensils and no baking pans for french fries, brownies or roasted veggies! No real back yard for bocce or croquet. All dirt and weeds no grass. We would happily stay again and loved the location. The outdoor ahower saved a lot if hassle after beaching it!! ( basement leaked when we used the outside shower). Deck was beautiful and we loved the grill and sitting area

Simon was so responsive to our needs.

The house fit 4 adults and 3 children perfectly. It was well equipped and the neighborhood quiet and only 1.1 mile walk to the beach. Craigville beach was a perfect place to watch fireworks. The house has a lovely backyard deck with a gas grill that we enjoyed. Easy access to pretty much anywhere on the Cape from here
