Steps to the beach with an ocean view,

This cottage is in a great location for walking the beach, dining, shopping or just relaxing! Walk to Sea St. Beach and Keyes beach which is only120 steps from your door. This two-bedroom cottage can sleep 6 and is the perfect vacation spot. All Bed linens and Bath Towels are included. Enjoy the lovely ocean views and breathtaking sunsets from your deck. Our cottage is great for children of all ages. So close to the beach, you can hear the waves. The cottage features AC throughout, LED TVs in living and bedrooms, Blue ray DVD player, Strong WI-FI signal, and a fully equipped kitchen with a standard coffee maker. Sleeps 6 on 1 king, 2 twins and 1 queen pull-out sleeper sofa. The beach is perfect for children. It is a sandy beach, calm waters, warm temps and is rarely crowded. There is a pool onsite which is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Hours may change at any given notice pending weather or employee availability. There are many restaurants and shopping within one mile from the cottage. Take a day trip to Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket via the Ferry that is very close by. The cottage is located centrally on Cape Cod and is the perfect location for day trips to anywhere on the Cape including Provincetown. Sorry! No Pets..

Our stay was fabulous, the cottage was extremely clean and comfortable. It was a very nice walk to all the restaurants and shops. Hyannis had many wonderful restaurants and very easy to get around Cape Cod via car to visit the various towns.

Our stay was amazing! Perfect spot for our family of 4. Easy walk to the beach and it was great to have the pool as an option. Impeccably clean and comfortable space. Tom was extremely communicative and accommodating! This wasn’t our first stay here and I hope won’t be our last.

From the booking to our stay all went very smooth. The host is very responsive, very clean, easy parking and the place was excellent. The location was easy to hop on a ferry to visit the islands or a quick walk to the beach with views from the house. We were very pleased.

This property is our favorite yet in Hyannis! We love the location in proximity to Keyes beach. The dead end street is peaceful, offering a relaxing getaway. All the amenities at the rental make the time spent in Hyannis an enjoyable experience, not to mention an extremely accommodating host.

Great location - it is, in fact, steps to the ocean. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Super clean and cute property. Perfectly located - stroll downtown Hyannis, take a short drive to other scenic towns on the Cape, then relax and get a quick sunburn on the beach. Highly recommend. Already planning to go back!

We had an amazing stay. The only complaint was that the air conditioning was not installed, however, the description did say it was “seasonal,” which I definitely overlooked. My only suggestion would be having a standing fan or two around for some airflow in the off season.

As our listing notes, our air conditioners are seasonal and are installed on or after memorial day, which is why they weren't available during your early spring stay. Since temperatures peaked at just 75°F and the ocean breeze is typically quite strong, cracking open the windows usually cools the cottage down beautifully without the need for fans. We had a wonderful stay! The location was great - so close to the beach and easy to walk to downtown Hyannis as well. Perfect with children. We also explored the rest of the cape and it was a good central location for that. The house itself was very clean and comfortable. Tom was very easy to communicate with and provided all necessary information. Thank you! We hope to visit again sometime!

The house is a perfect place to stay. Close to the beach and the town of Hyannis. An ideal location for discovering the Cape Cod area. We felt relaxed and comfortable when we were there.

If you love the beach, taking a dip in the pool after sitting on the beach, dining and shopping then this is the perfect place for you. It is centrally located which makes exploring the Cape much easier.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

This home has it all. The beach is only 130 steps away. The waves can be heard from the deck and there are beautiful sunsets. We love walking to downtown Hyannis which is only a 10-15 min walk. We visit the many shops and enjoy the many dining opportunities that the area has to offer. There is a pool onsite for an after the beach dip and we love to fish while the sun is setting. The Ferry to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket is nearby and makes for a wonderful day trip.
