Amazing waterfront

Perfect stay at Erika’s lovely house. The house is recently renovated with modern everything, clean, lovely. The pool and outdoor area were excellent, we hung out there most of the day. Erika was perhaps the best host I’ve come across - Uber professional, organized and communicative, just A+.

Perfect Location

Great house. Nice neighborhood. Very close to beach. Loved the backyard and watching the boats go by in the evenings. Erika communicated with us before and during our stay. Would definitely come back next time we travel to Florida. Golf cart was a great bonus.

Wonderful place for family time!!

The house was the perfect place for our 8 family members from three generations to gather. Very open and spacious, and having 4 bathrooms was a huge plus! We found the location ideal for a quiet, relaxing stay… away from the traffic & noise of the main strip, yet still close enough to the beach and restaurants. The view of the water is spectacular, the pool and hot tub are wonderful and the owners provide all kinds of beach gear and bicycles. This place has it all. Amazing, we hope to come back!

Exceeded expectations! This house is absolutely spotless, beautifully decorated and well-equipped with everything we needed for a stress-free getaway. The owners have thought of every last detail and were quick to respond if we needed anything. If your idea of a great vacation is relaxing by the pool at a beautiful house right on the water, it doesn’t get any better than this! Highly recommended.

Our 2024 Christmas in Florida

Omg!!!!! This home is just amazing! Super clean, designed beautifully! Every single detail is there for you! Fully equipped kitchen we enjoyed so much! Right on the water, boys were fishing non stop. Minutes from the beach by golf cart. Many nice restaurants and cafes. Great, quite neighborhood! Everything is just super luxery in the house. Big room, nice sheets, flowers. Pool warm, hottub , patio with window shades.... i can go on and on and on. Too good to be rental property! Trylly home away from home ! We will come back!

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Erika’s stunning villa in Indian Rocks Beach and it was nothing short of a dream. From the moment we stepped in, the cleanliness of the villa stood out. Every room was immaculate, with tasteful decor that added heaps of luxury and comfort. The true highlight of our stay was the breathtaking view of the water. Each day, we were treated to the sight of dolphins and the occasional manatee gracefully swimming by, creating an almost surreal experience. Whether it was enjoying my morning coffee on the spacious patio and dock, swimming in the fabulous salt water swimming pool or unwinding in the evening, the serene water views provided a perfect backdrop. The villa itself was well-equipped with all the amenities you could ask for, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay. Erika’s attention to detail and commitment to providing a top-notch experience was evident throughout. In summary, this villa in Indian Rocks Beach offers an unparalleled combination of cleanliness, comfort, and natural beauty.
