Wonderful backyard foliage with paths. The lanai was also delightful. Very quiet and with plenty of kitchen and laundry supplies. Easy communication with Maureen. Easy access to Publix and main arteries for everything in Sarasota. Be careful if you sit too close to the armrest on the couches. I hit the frame with my tailbone.

Outstanding stay in every way!

I went to Sarasota with my two adult sons for a family reunion. We could not have been more pleased with our stay. Not only was the house well maintained and nicely decorated, but well equipped in every sense. In addition to a fully equipped kitchen, a lot of thought and consideration was given for what people on vacation might need, including hats, beach chairs, towels and sightseeing information. We really appreciated the beautifully landscaped and maintained grounds in both the front and back of the house. Lastly, the house is in the perfect location with easy access to many of the Sarasota attractions. I would highly recommend this house for anyone visiting Sarasota!

We loved staying in this very comfortable house in a convenient location to the airport and downtown. The hosts are very helpful and the home has everything you need for a pleasant stay. We plan to stay again.

the best of Sarasota and a secret garden!

This was the perfect place for me, my husband and our tween to spend our first ever tropical Christmas! We were in town to visit family and having a cozy bungalow (instead of a hotel) with a mini slice of garden paradise out back made the trip 10x more fun and relaxing. A quiet, safe residential location but still very close to Sarasota's best attractions and beautiful spots. The Waterfront parks and bike path are only a few blocks away. The house is clean, with all the comforts of home and just the right amount of eclectic design touches. The owners clearly care about making their guests' Sarasota visit easy and fun -- be sure to check out the MANY binders of info on local sites and activities. We look forward to making this sweet place our Sarsasota home base for a future visit!

Lovely spot and great for kids

The house was perfect for our stay and had the extra bonus of lots of kids toys. Many thanks to the owners who set up the pack n play to make out late night check in go smoothly. The garden is lovely.

Great host, great place for toddler and family

We rented this property to visit my 94 year-old grandfather, but after hurricane Milton, I was unable to reach him. Maureen went above and beyond before we even arrived by going to check in on him and his wife letting me talk to him on her phone. Fortunately they were ok and had a place to stay while their home power was out. The property we stayed at was very comfortable, clean, and had a lot to offer for us and our 2-year old. Maureen even brought over books for him, and her husband Patrick came over late in the evening to help when we had an issue with the washing machine (nothing was wrong, it just had a special eco mode feature we didn't know about). Overall we really enjoyed the location, walking the neighborhood, and picking up sticks in the yard (a boon for my toddler). Lots of good places to visit very close by too. We are looking forward to visiting again next year!

Girls weekend

The property was amazing ! Clean and comfortable, the yard was a tropical paradise you can enjoy from every window .Maureen was so helpful suggesting wonderful local restaurants .The location was perfect , close to all the great things Sarasota had to offer.

Sarasota Visit

We enjoyed our 4 nights in Sarasota. Home was perfect as we enjoyed visiting our son and his fiancé. They live downtown. Maureen and Patrick were very flexible as they allowed us to change our dates due to weather. Would definitely stay there again.

perfect way to discover Sarasota

Lovely welcoming home walking distance to town, near park and restaurants. Trolley to beach a few blocks away. Backyard magical. Small amenities mean a lot and owners available in short order to answer any questions. House exceptionally clean. Bedrooms a good size with nice linens and comfortable mattresses. Totally recommend this house for anyone wanting to discover the beautiful city of Sarasota, Fl.

Amazing backyard!

Very well-appointed cottage. The owners thought of everything. The place is very clean and up to date. The location is close to the bike trail and a short drive from Lido Beach. The star of the show is the backyard. It is definitely a tropical paradise. We spent our whole evenings out there. I definitely hope to return for a longer stay.

Great stay in Siesta Key

My family and I were so impressed with the accommodations. The home was very clean and well organized even the kitchen had labels so we could find everything and we cooked a lot. Everything was so clean and the kids were happy that they had so much beach equipment like boogie boards to take to the beach. We didn't have to rent anything when we went to the beach. The owners responded quickly through the VRBO App to respond to our unexpected requests and inquiries. Overall my family and I had a great time here and look forward to another stay.

Perfect location, home and hosts

We loved our stay in Sarasota and couldn't have been happier with the location so close to Downtown and this super cute home. There was everything we could need in our 'home from home' to make our stay comfortable and easy. The hosts were wonderful to work with, and went out of their way to help us with our checking in and out schedules. We will definitely be back!

Our central downtown Sarasota location is one of the best places to stay to be close to everything you'll want to do while visiting. The residential neighborhood is quiet and safe. Walk or Bike to many popular destinations. Only 1 mile to downtown Main Street shops and restaurants. Super close for biking to the Legacy bike Trail and a short walk to the free trolley that takes you down Main St to St Armands and Lido Key beach. Walk to the Publix grocery store and Payne Park's 40 acres with playground, Tennis courts, skateboard park and Frisbee golf. We are also close to Selby Gardens, Sarasota Bay and Marina Jacks/Bayfront Park Tiki bar and restaurants on the water and Bobby Jones Golf course.

All you have to do is read our five star reviews. Our guests appreciate coming into a clean well equipped home. Our central location is a big hit. We are close to everything. 1 mile to Main St. Down the street from the Legacy bike trail and free trolley to St Armands and Lido Key beach. Tropical landscaped garden is a big feature. Multiple seating areas with TIKI and Umbrellas including a screened in back lanai/porch. The home is fully equipped and updated. Fully stocked kitchen. Beach equipment, WIFI, Cable TV, Ekornes stress-less leather reclining chairs and Wood floors. Lots of information provided about Sarasota attractions and restaurants. All you need is your suit case. The home has everything you will need. If you like to eat in the kitchen has everything including an outdoor propane BBQ. We are only 7.5 miles to the Benderson Rowing Park. And just around the corner to the Dattoli Cancer Center, the Sarasota Memorial Hospital and Baltimore Oriole Spring Training. There is a city Golf course near by called Bobby Jones. Smoking is permitted in the back or front yard.
