It was one of the best family vacations we’ve had yet!! We even renewed our vows on the upper platform of the dock. It was perfect right at sunset. Thanks Art!!

The host was great and very helpful. The house was in good condition and slept our party of 8 comfortably. We just wish we would have known that we couldn’t leave our boat in the dock. There was no lift and the water was way too rough, in July, to leave our 26ft sport boat. They do have a lot next door they allowed us to park the truck and trailer, so that was nice. Just a hassle to launch/pull the boat out every day. The view was beautiful and we’ll definitely visit the Lake again.

We had a great stay and Art was wonderful. The boat launch just up the street at Rough Water Dock was very convenient. A great experience all the way around.

We had our first "family vacation" with our 2 sons and their families, which included 4 children and dogs. Plenty of room for the 10 of us. The house was homey and comfortable and had all that we needed. There were many extras they didn't mention (games to play, books to read, etc.) The kitchen was well stocked with necessary equipment, plus a crock pot, drip coffee maker and Keurig. The washer and dryer worked great! The deck was amazing with plenty of seating. There is an outdoor refrigerator and lovely large gas grill. There is a dock that was wonderful for sitting out on, and Pirates Point boat rental is literally down the road. (We rented a Tritoon for the family which we were able to dock at the house, and then the men rented wave runners. Highly recommend this company!)We had a few questions, which Art responded to immediately. This is a nice area of the lake that is quiet, but close to many things. Definitely a great place for families with young children. The extra lot with grass was very nice to have a little extra space. Believe all of the good reviews...this house lives up to what it promises.

Great location

Great location. Lake was busy but not too busy. The back deck was big and our dogs loved playing on it. Art was very helpful and responsive! Would stay again.

Wonderful home and great location!!

We had a great time! The house was beautiful and it was perfect for what we needed! Plenty of space and such a great location! The views were amazing and the dock was great to have to swim and enjoy the boats driving by! Would definitely stay here again! Art was great to work with! 10/10 would recommend!

The place was very nice and spacious.

Right on the water. Beautiful boat dock along with nice wrap around deck. Nice stay and will return. Kudos to Art in being a wonderful host.

We stayed at this home for a long weekend and it was perfect. The home is beautiful with a lovely, stocked kitchen, a living area with lots of seating and three nice-sized bedrooms. You'll want to be outside and this home has lots of opportunities there -- from large decks with tables and chairs to the nice size dock right in front of the home. The view went on for miles. Communication with the owner was fantastic. Book this home! You won't regret it.

Wedding weekend

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay despite the fact that much of our time was spent at the wedding venue. But, we when we were there, we found the house and the grounds to be very relaxing. Should we ever get back to the area, we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Great Location

MY WIFE, SON, & THREE DAUGHTERS ENJOYED EVERYTHING ABOUT THE PROPERTY, VIEWS AND THE ROOM IN THE HOUSE AND OUTSIDE IS GREAT. PROPERTY ALSO CLOSE TO CAPTAIN RON'S & GROCERY STORE.
