Private Dock & Sandy Beach: Sol Mate boasts a massive 65x40 private dock with covered slips, a PWC well, and a beach for kids to play. Relax in one of the six colorful Adirondack chairs on the beach, or take advantage of the water with the Aqua Lily Pad, kayaks, and easy lake access via the Wet Step.

Outdoor Fun: The large deck off the family room is perfect for gatherings, with bar seating, a dining area, a small gas grill, and even a Weber charcoal grill below. Enjoy sunsets on the dock, or cozy up by the fire pit on the lower patio.

Family-Friendly Layout

Bunk Room Fun: The basement has a bunk room that sleep seven and is ideal for the kids (or the whole family!). It features a king-sized bed for parents, plus a full bath with a walk-in shower and ample space for everyone to get ready. Lots of towel hooks too.

Comfortable Bedrooms: The three upstairs bedrooms (including the "Captain’s Quarters" king master) feature comfortable mattresses, quality linens and ample closet space, . All rooms have ceiling fans and bedside charging docks.

The Ultimate Game Room

Sol Mate’s basement is the ultimate play zone. Custom-painted walls by a local artist set the stage for endless fun with a pool table, arcade game, 42” Roku TV, and board games for all ages. Head outside to the fire pit, hot tub, and picnic table for more outdoor enjoyment. And there's a convenient 1/2 bath right off the patio.

Kitchen & Dining

The fully stocked kitchen is perfect for cooking and entertaining. With a large granite island, Wolf cooktop, generous pantry space, and a variety of cooking gadgets (including a Ninja blender for smoothies and frozen cocktails), and a high quality pancake griddle, it’s a chef’s dream. The spacious dining room seats 8, and there’s a second fridge downstairs for extra groceries.

WiFi & Tech: Stay connected with the fastest fiber internet in the area. Our security cameras ensure peace of mind, with exterior coverage of the driveway and backyard.

Bathrooms & Amenities: We’ve thought of everything, from plush towels to shampoo and conditioner. The upstairs bathrooms feature a tub/shower combo and a walk-in shower in the master, plus a portable shower seat and crib available upon request.

Nearby Activities

For Anglers: Launch your boat just a mile away at Hurricane Deck Bridge, then dock it at our private slip. Or, rent a boat or water toys nearby at Pirates Point. Check with us for tips on where to go in the area.

For Golfers: Sol Mate is just 20 minutes from some of the top golf courses in the area, including Old Kinderhook and Osage National.

For Shoppers & Foodies: Explore nearby antique shops, boutiques, and fantastic eateries like Captain Ron’s (just 300 yards away), The Branding Iron, and Riverbird Winery. You’re also close to major attractions like Bagnell Dam, Ha Ha Tonka State Park, and the Lake’s famous waterfront dining spots.

Let’s Talk Cleanliness

We’re committed to ensuring your stay is as comfortable as possible, which is why we work with a fantastic cleaning team. Our cleaning fees go directly to them, ensuring quality care. We do ask that guests complete a few simple tasks before departure to help keep things running smoothly.

FYI: the nightly rate reflects our $275 cleaning fee, which is the going rate at the lake. We also have a $50 pet fee and if the hot tub needs cleaning after your group leaves that could be a fee of $75 based on the lake averages. Please note that all of these fees go directly to our cleaning crews. We need to support a living wage for our lake service industry.
