Surrounded by natural beauty and 4-season recreation, this Rutland home is the ideal Vermont getaway for outdoor enthusiasts. Whether you’re seeking thrilling days on the slopes at Killington Resort, stunning hikes with waterfalls, or a leisurely stroll through downtown, this updated 4-bedroom, 3-bath vacation rental is ideally situated for any itinerary! After a day of adventure, unwind with the family and cozy up around the fireplace or enjoy your favorite show on any of the 5 Smart TVs. Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

It has a prime location located in the heart of Rutland, giving visitors quick access to downtown, local shops, and dining options, while still being close to top destinations like Killington, Pico, and Okemo.
For increased comfort, the property has recently been renovated with modern amenities (smart home technologies, modern kitchen, new furniture).
For a relaxing space for guests to unwind after a day of skiing, hiking, or exploring, we have completely renovated the backyard by installing a privacy fence, grill, patio, fire pit, and hot tub in 2024.
We are family and pet friendly with our fence in backyard. For the children we have crib, playpen, toddler mattresses, child utensils and plates, cups, and bowls. For the dogs we have pet bed, leashes, and bowls.
For increased comfort, the property has recently been renovated with modern amenities (smart home technologies, modern kitchen, new furniture).
