The place was amazing.. no complaints.. I loveed the terrace view especially when the fireworks started.. best view in the whole city.. and all the amenities.. definitely worth it.. will be returning..

My wife and I recently stayed in apartment #2 and it was a great experience. The apartment was clean and the host had left us some snacks, water, ground coffee, and 2 sodas for us to drink and eat if we wanted to. Unfortunately, we didn’t take advantage of the goodies because we didn’t spend much time in the apartment, but appreciated his gesture. The bed was super comfortable!!! We didn’t make it to the terrace so I can’t comment on that. The place is super secure with cameras and gates. There are motion lights to keep the stairs lit up at night. I rented a car and there was enough street parking in front of the house and across the street from the house at all times. I had the chance to meet him and he was very friendly, polite, and accommodating. I will definitely stay there again!

Five Day Stay

The property was exactly as listed. It was very clean and the check in process was easy. If youre looking for a nice place to stay with all of the amenities this is it. It was also conveniently located a short walk away from the grocery store. The pwner was helpful and welcoming.

Family fun

We had an amazing time staying at this location. Felt like a home away from home. Even on the days we were too burnt to be out we were able to enjoy the jacuzzi and watch movies. The manual left out was easy to follow and if we had any questions our hosts were quick to respond. Would definitely book again.

The apartment was very clean and I felt safe there. There was a baseball field across the road and it was nice to set on the balcony and watch the kids play ball. The owner and his family were exceptional. They went out of their way to ensure our stay was great. I would highly recommend this as a great place to stay in Puerto Rico.

Quiet residential neighborhood. Host was incredibly responsive to our requests, practically instantaneous. When a power surge took out the ceiling fan in the living room, he brought us a powerful fan to use until he could get the part to fix it the next day. Great place to stay if you want some place quiet and away from the crowds, but 20-30 minutes from almost everywhere in San Juan. We brought our own beach towels, but if you don't, I recommend asking the host. He's very accomodating.

Pleasant place

The place was clean and cameras everywhere made me feel safe. Nice location with the baseball field across the street. Loved the rooftop projector. The only Downfall why only ONE TOWEL at our place.

Better than Expected, would def stay again…..

I visited San Juan to see my daughter and wife couldn’t make it so I didn’t “go fancy”. The unit was very clean and in a nice neighborhood with a baseball field across the street. Parking was no problem. The patio outside the unit was perfect for coffee and the top floor was great later eve to chat with my daughter. You get more than your moneys worth at “Black and White”.

Sure, here's the revised comment in English: --- There were several issues during their stay. They left the apartment in very poor condition, did not follow the established rules, and repeatedly left the security gates open despite being informed multiple times. In summary, the experience was not satisfactory, and I would not recommend renting your property to these guests.

Unforgettable

I would like to thank you for allowing us the pleasure and opportunity to utilize your home!!👏👏 It was just as advertised and the home was Awesome!! The instructions were displayed on a handy notebook in English and Spanish. Enjoyed the peace, quiet and location! Ernest was an exceptional guest during his stay at one of our apartments. He showed great respect for the property and kept everything in perfect condition. His communication was clear and timely from the start, facilitating an excellent experience for both of us. He was punctual in check-in and check-out, and complied with all the apartment rules. Undoubtedly, Ernest is the type of guest that any host would wish to have. We look forward to hosting him again in the future!I also wanted to thank you for leaving the apartment in perfect condition and to show my appreciation if in the future you return to any of the apartments you can check in early and check out late for free without any additional cost.

Nice Hidden Gem

I loved this apartment. Everything was wonderful except the AC was located in the bedroom and barely cooled the rest of the apartment. However, you’re on vacation and you won’t spend much time laying in the living area or cooking anyway. When you are at the apartment you can relax on the terrace or go upstairs on the rooftop to watch movies or Netflix. The added bonus is the peace and quiet!!! Oh my……I loved it. You could hear all of nature around you. At night you can hear the coqui frog. Very wonderful hearing for the first time. It’s not a tourist area but that’s one other thing I liked. Ubers arrive quickly and within 15-20 minutes you’re anywhere you want to go. Uber grocery delivers quickly also when you need added drinks. As for security, the host has motion sensor lights and cameras all around. Also, the host is very responsive and prompt to messages and requests. It’s not the Ritz but if you’re looking for a peaceful place to lay your head, read, meditate…….this is it.
