▻ Early Check-In – We’ll do our best to accommodate! Same-day requests depend on our cleaning team, and for future stays, the only guaranteed option is booking the prior night (if available).
▻ Luggage Drop – We’re happy to allow luggage drop with prior host approval.
▻ Late Check-Out – Let us know by the day before, and we’ll do our best to accommodate until 12 PM. To guarantee a late check-out, the following night would need to be booked. Please note, unapproved late check-outs may incur a $50/hour fee, and check-outs at 12 PM or later will be considered an extra night’s stay.
▻ Package Delivery – We cannot guarantee safe or timely receipt of packages sent to the home. For reliability, we recommend using a local pick-up location or requesting doorstep delivery if sending items here.

▻ Third-Party Bookings - We cannot accept bookings made on behalf of someone else.

Perfect for what we needed
Spent the night in town for the half Ironman and this was close to the location and walking distance to dinner and shopping. Clean and instructions were clear. No issues at all. Would stay again and recommend to others traveling.

I booked this home for myself, my son and his girlfriend for three nights. We checked in on Monday January 26th. The weekend prior to our stay a storm had come through resulting in about a foot of snow and bitter cold temperatures. Checking in was a breeze, the code worked the first time and we entered the home with no issue. It is a cozy house with lots of character. The stairs leading to the upper level of the house are steep and narrow, and there is not a handrail until you get halfway up, so be mindful of that if you have anyone in your party with any mobility issues. The beds are very comfortable and each room has a smart tv. The bathrooms have walk in showers that are spacious and there were plenty of towels. Everything was sparkling clean and smelled good. Now, the reason that I only left a 4 star review. We woke up both mornings to the heat having malfunctioned in some way. The first morning it was about 10 degrees outside and we woke up to the inside temperature of the house being 50 degrees. I immediately messaged the home owner and he responded promptly and sent a maintenance person out, who seemingly resolved the issue. It took a few hours for the furnace to work overtime and heat the house to a comfortable temp. The second morning we woke up to 45 degree temp inside. I cancelled our third night because it wasn’t a risk I wanted to take, and we all woke up miserable and freezing. Hopefully it is fixed because I would book again despite this.

Derby Disaster
The place looks much better in pictures. The kitchen looks very nice in the pictures but it is just a nice paint job also the stove was shattered when we got there. The backyard would have been nice but it was completely overgrown with weeds 3 feet tall. When it was cleared on the last day of our stay we went to enjoy the furniture to find it covered in mold. The indoor patio was covered in spider webs.
When we arrived to the house at midnight they didnt even have the code setup properly so we had to message them to change it...
Then the next night the batteries we dead on the lock so we were locked out again after midnight.
The front door knob fell off when we were trying to close the door because it was just tied to the other end by string.
The location and neighborhood was really nice.
Unless you are in a pinch I would recommend a different place to stay.
