Beautiful views with beach access. Always felt safe staying here, the securities up front were always welcoming. I enjoyed being able to make some coffee and enjoy it on the balcony. This place is very close to restaurants and bars, juat a quick walk.

Rose’s place was perfect for our weeklong stay in Puerto Rico. Hands down the best feature is the beautiful balcony directly overlooking the ocean. We spent every morning and evening relaxing out there mesmerized by the beautiful ocean. The place is very conveniently located to great restaurants and neighborhoods like Candado, but we spent almost all of our time relaxing on the pristine beach, which was literally steps from the apartment. We will miss it here and can’t wait to return!

Nice condo with nice location

Best view from balcony and view was exactly same which was listed..most of all restaurants are walking distance and isla verde beach was also just 2 min walk

Best beach on the island

This is a great location - close to the airport, San Juan and the apt is perfect! We had everything we needed and throughly enjoyed the beach and the balcony!

Perfect Stay

My husband and I stayed on this property for a friend’s wedding. This apartment condo is just as described. Great location, direct beach access and an amazing beach view. We would stay here again. Definitely recommend!

Great deal with all you need to enjoy Puerto Rico!

The property has great access to everything you need, especially the beach. The atmosphere is very relaxing and the staff are great. The view is incredible and the layout of the space is perfect.

San Juan vacation

The condo is very comfortable and exactly as pictured. Balcony is amazing! Pool and beach are great! Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The building needs updating and there were issues with the elevators- but there were maintenance people there when we left.

Apartment is secure, conveniently located and the property has full amenities. Both property staff and owner were available when needed and helpful.

Great place to stay.

This was a great place to stay in Isla Verde. The view from the patio was amazing. Pool was excellent and great beach. Felt very safe in the area. Condo could use a little updating but bathroom was good. Bed was comfy. Couch could use a cleaning. Host was very responsive to all messages.

Beautiful view,very clean and good communication with the owner.Kitchen a little dated but everything worked.The one negative is not having 2 set of keys.It was my son and wife who stayed and that was not an issue to them.For me it would of because I get up very early to walk on the beach and I leave my husband in the apt.I have stayed in different apartments and there is always a second set of keys .I even called the owner when I went in with my son to check if there was another set and the owner said no , only one.

Lovely

I am from Puerto Rico and like to stay in Isla Verde when I visit the island. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped, as was the building. The hosts were always available to answer my questions. And the ocean view from the balcony and bedroom is spectacular. I especially liked that I could access the beach from the grounds behind the building. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Roslyn and Jose.

Very Nice

Wonderful security at the building, 24/7 security. Swimming pool was great. Beautiful beach view, very nice sitting on the balcony in evening overlooking the beach and the nighttime lights. Every night we would see cruise boats in the distance. Comfortable bed and pillows. Close drive to OldSan Juan. Walgreens right across the street from the condo. Rosa the owner was very easy to communicate with.

Perfect location with Spectacular views

We stayed at Marbella de Caribe in Carolina, Puerto Rico for our honeymoon. The location was perfect. Many restaurants are within walking distance, Walgreens is across the street and you are over looking the ocean. The views from the balcony are spectacular. The host was very responsive. The king size bed was very comfortable. The water pressure and air conditioning worked great.(I have previously stayed in the same area, and the water pressure and air conditioning were not the greatest.) They also have ceiling fans that are nice to use. I will definitely book this place again.

Access to Old San Juan

Wanted to stay near Old San Juan with access to beaches. This property was about a 20 minute drive from Old San Juan. The neighborhood was generally nice with a few areas/businesses that seemed a little on the seedy side. Access to the apartment was a bit confusing at first (car entrance is not obvious) but after doing it once it was not an issue. Being on the 18th floor meant a little wait at times for an elevator, but not too bad. Apartment was as advertised, though kitchen and bath could use some updating. Overall it satisfied our requirements.

Carolina condo

The condo was very comfortable. Bed, balcony 10. Getting into condo caused some confusion. More information would have been helpful. A table on the balcony would have been nice. Hostess brought more towels, however, 2 complete sets( wash cloth, hand and bath) was what we thought she was bringing. I should have been more specific.

A Breath Taking Oceanfront Balcony Experience

Hello Rose, location, location, location. Your apartment is lovely. We enjoyed each day at your place which was tranquil and peaceful. We enjoyed hearing the ocean waves in the morning, noon, and at night in which it would always put us to sleep on the balcony. A great choice - balcony, view, location, parking

This apartment ticked all the boxes. Check in instructions were clear. Private parking made the car situation easy to navigate. Great beach. Great AC. Great balcony with view. Kitchenette had everything we needed, including ice and a Britta filter pitcher. Some people in the building are owners - not all tourists! Short walk to the east on the beach to see sunset. Beach chairs and towels provided. Friendly security. We are not party or casino folks, and this was still a great spot for us. Close to everything we needed, easy to get pretty much anywhere in San Juan. 10/10 recommend!

Great place as a base of operations to explore PR and enjoy the local area

We very much enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The beach is wonderful and nearby are restaurants and shops to get anything you need. The beach chairs provided were great too. We did buy an extra beach towel. If you want a bit of an urban beach experience this place is perfect and with the provided parking you can rent a car and explore all you want. We got some basics for breakfast and snacks/beverages etc at the local market and went from there. We loved PR, it was our first time. The location near the airport is great. We rented a car 3 minutes from the apt. Once you arrive you can use the intercom on the gate on the side to ask to park in a temp spot, get the keys and the parking entrance fob and go from there. Now that we know about the intercom we should have done that...we had to double park a little upon first arriving and picking up the keys. But once you get it and the coming and going, it is safe, and easy to get to the beach and car. We would def stay again.
