Welcome to Summit Peaks!



One of the best ski in/out access points on the mountain! The ski run 'Sun Run' is just behind the chalet's backdoor and the TELUS Park is a stone’s throw away. Great for both day & night skiing yet close to the Village center and all the amenities located there. One of our more popular locations on the mountain!



The Space:

No need for over-the-top descriptions; our space is designed for genuine relaxation and easy living.



At Summit Peaks, our accommodations offer a central hub for your stay, conveniently situated just above the Big White Village Centre. You can ski effortlessly from our location to various points on the mountain without ever having to detach your skis!



Immerse yourself in the vibrant village atmosphere, where proximity is key. Our chalet is positioned within walking distance of lifts, restaurants, shops, and cafes. While winter beckons with prime skiing conditions, the summer months unveil opportunities for hiking and biking along pristine trails. A local market, ensures easy access to the essentials.



Between exhilarating ski sessions, find solace by the fireplace, savoring views of the hill or indulging in relaxation with a Netflix binge. Each bedroom and living room is equipped with Telus Optik TV for added entertainment.



Featuring a laid-back mountain aesthetic and spacious interiors, our retreat provides a comfortable escape. Sink into our cozy sofas, enjoy a movie on the flat-screen TV, and take advantage of the fully equipped kitchen – a practical haven for whipping up satisfying meals. No need for over-the-top descriptions; our space is designed for genuine relaxation and easy living.

- Primary Bedroom - King bed, ample clothing storage and an attached ensuite

- Secondary Bedroom - Queen bunk beds with a closet and dresser

- Third Bedroom - Single over a queen bunk bed with a closet and dresser

- Fourth Bedroom - Bunk bed (single on the bottom, single on the top) perfectly set up for the kids room!



Linens:

- Bed, bath, and hot tub linens provided

- Washer & dryer in-suite with detergent

- Hairdryer

- Shampoo and body wash



Fully Equipped Kitchen:

- Drip coffee

- Electric tea kettle

- Blender

The Neighborhood:

Located in 'Summit Peaks' - One of the best ski in/out access points on the mountain! The ski run 'Sun Run' runs adjacent to the building and the TELUS Park is a stone’s throw away. Great for both day & night skiing yet close to the Village center and all the amenities located there. One of our more popular locations on the mountain!



Getting Around:

Another benefit to enjoying our amazing ski-in/ski-out feature is that you can simply ski down to the store or restaurants and take the lift back up and ski right back to our chalet. It’s not uncommon to see someone skiing down the hill with a case of beer on the way to their hot tub! You can also ski down at night because our home is just off of the lit run during night skiing (Bullet Chair runs until 8pm when night skiing is running)!



Other Things to Note:

Damage Protection:

Please note, as a software connected property management company, we require damage protection for all reservations to help keep operations running smoothly. You can choose between a smart damage waiver or a refundable security deposit.



Choose your protection option:

1) Smart Damage Waiver – covers accidental damage up to $2,000. No deposit hold required.

or

2) Refundable Security Deposit ($2,000) – temporary hold, automatically released within 7 days after checkout, subject to inspection.



Note: The waiver covers accidental damage only. It does not cover smoking, intentional damage, negligence, policy violations, pet issues, or unregistered guests. Such costs may be requested via VRBO's Customer Support.



Parking notes: There is free parking for 2 vehicles on the drive way

Additional cars should park in the Happy Valley overflow parking lot at a cost of $20 per night or $100 per week. Permits must be purchased from Big White Mountain Central Mountain Check-In (winter only).



Cancellation refunds follow the property’s posted VRBO cancellation policy. Any refund issued will be net of third-party payment processing fees where applicable. On VRBO, card processing fees are only charged on the portion of the payment that is not refunded; if a payment is fully refunded, VRBO reverses the processing fee. Guests are responsible for any non-reversible processing fees tied to partial refunds.



Interaction with Guests:

Always know we are here to help you 24/7 - before and during your stay, but only if and when you need assistance. As much or as little as you need. Otherwise the home is all yours. We want to help make this a memorable and flawless experience. We may text hello from time to time to ask how your stay is going. We may drop a gift for you or a welcome present to make your stay just a little bit sweeter. We are just a bit old fashioned when it comes to that kind of thing and in a day and age where everything moves so fast and can feel so impersonal, we like to step back and slow things down a bit -- at least just enough to say hello in person, to shake your hand and thank you for choosing our home for your vacation needs.

Great location

Place was just as advertised. Great ski in/out location. Only complaint is the hot tub is small due to the size of the patio but the place was clean and had everything we needed.

Large ski in/out property

Easy ski in/out location. Step out the back door and ski down to the lift. Very large with picturesque views from the vaulted windows.

Great location and value.

Other than the broken hot tub, the place is excellent with regards to location (just a few steps and you can ski down to Bullet Express Chair Lift), a true skin-in ski-out. Very clean as well. Plenty of rooms and beds and convenient area to put all the snow toys.

Great week at Big White

We’ve been coming to Big White for years, and this is the best ski in/out location yet. Easily fit our two families. Definitely recommended.

Awesome place!! Very convenient to the slope! Basically skied to the back door!! Owners responded very timely in minutes and very helpful. If you arre in need of peace and quiet from the village this is it! Worth staying even if you need items from Market , shuttle is easy to catch and bring uou close to the unit. Definitely would come back. Everyone enjoyed!!! Loved the games and puzzles!! Had some minor issues but managed to get through those. Worth every penny!!

The host interaction was pleasant and questions were answered promptly. Then condo has a lot of space, it’s a 3 level split and our group was 3 couples. A few suggestions or observations: the entirecondo has an odd smell, likely from little air movement . There is a burned out light in the stairwell from main floor to living area (shared with host). Not a huge deal but that is simple maintenance. Overall the condo was clean upon arrival.Secondly: the photos online are a little deceiving, the space appears to be more modern online vs in person. The couches are quite worn, tables (dining and coffee) are very wobbly. One bedroom window looks to not be closed tightly and also had no window covering, while the master suite has no window to open to get fresh air. Lots of space for 3 couples but we’d book something newer for next time. In my opinion I would’ve appreciated reading this type of feedback in an honest online review- that’s what they are for and should be used as motivation for owners. The accessibility to Highway 33 ski run was super convenient-we very much enjoyed the ski in/out ease & convenience! It’s a short walk to the village (downhill) and there are shuttles that run every 10-15 minutes until 9pm that stop right out front of the condo. This was great because no one wanted to walk uphill after a day of skiing We will be back to Big White but not to this condo.
