Great place for large group

Great place for a group! The Vacasa team was incredible. Very responsive before, during and after our stay! Everything you need is available there.

Big White Summer Stay

Despite the weather not cooperating, we enjoyed our stay. There was a lot of room for everyone and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make a few meals. When the sun came out there was also a beautiful view from the deck!

Amazing home

We had an amazing stay, our whole family was able to hangout and cook meals, after a day on the hill. The bunk beds were great for the kids and Netflix to entertain them. Wonderful that there was a dishwasher, hot tub, and laundry. Amazing to be able to ski right out the back door. And only a short walk to the village for going out or shopping. 10/10 would stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay. Fantastic to be able to bring the fur kids.

Excellent location for ski-in/ski-out! Easy to find and access. Booking with Vacasa was of course vary easy and professional—love the app. There were dirty dishes stocked in the cupboard when we arrived. A quick soak and run thru the dishwasher was all that was needed. I’m sure it was an oversight. Rooms were as advertised but renters should note that there isn’t an obvious owner’s suite as there’s only queen beds and no en suite. It was a good place to stay with the family including the dog. The price was fair. I’d definitely book again.

Nice place for ski in/ski out options for large last minute booking but needs some upgrades

Surprised to find only 1 parking for a place that sleeps 10! Plan for an extra 25 a night for additional parking and a 25-30 minute walk to get there. No personal contact from owners all sent through vacation bot. Broken dishwasher (repairman showed up as we were leaving with no notice from owners to expect anyone), hot tub maintenance person showed up again without any notice from owners, bathroom sink knobs broken, garbage left under beds, dust on most items. Location is great but for the price if you book in advance I’m sure you can find somewhere better

Great location

This place has awesome ski in and ski out where you can ski right to the back porch and then only go up a small incline to get back out again.The unit has great beds, a nice hot tub, seemingly unending hot water for showers, a beautiful fireplace and a great entertainment centre.We did have some small issues in that they didn’t clear the driveway so my AWD Suburban couldn’t make it up to the unit parking lot and we had to unload everything from the road and go park in the Happy Valley Parking lot for 25 dollars a night. In addition, while they had tons of hand soap, shampoo, laundry detergent and dish soap they only left 4 dishwasher pods a couple rolls of toilet paper and no garbage bags except the ones in the garbage bins when we got there. When I complained about it they texted me that Vacasa just leaves a starter pack.If you decide to book this unit I would ask them what they expect you to bring as getting items up on the hill is expensive and it would be better to bring them from Kelowna.

Once these supplies run out it is the responsibility of our guests to provide any additional supplies throughout the remainder of their stay. Cosy space

This was a nice, cosy space that fit our large group well with a great layout of one BR down and three upstairs. Very nice private hot tub. The access was sketchy with an icy and steep staircase (we had to shovel the snow ourselves) from the parking space to the front door so not for someone with accessibility challenges. We’ve stayed in some newer, nicer places with Vacasa at Big White and always had a great experience so we were surprised to find a few maintenance and cleaning issues this time. Vacasa was responsive when we communicated the issues.

Disappointing

A lot of inaccurate information in the listing and communication, including parking and wi-fi. Broken furniture (chair, bedroom door). Not enough utensils and seating for 10 people. One parking space for 10-people rental. Dirty kettle, dirty kitchen sponge.

Great spot, great location

We've been to Big White several times and stayed in this neighborhood every time because it is close to the hill for ski in/out. The amenities, cleanliness, and location were all top-notch. The hot tub was very warm and clean, we had to have it serviced during our stay and we had someone on site within 20min of making a call. In the kitchen, a few more spices would have been helpful but otherwise, the kitchen is very well equipped for cooking for groups. The beds were very clean and comfortable (great pillows) and slept our group of four adults separately very well.

Large place in a premium location

Lots of space for our families to spread out. Everything was very clean and well presented. It took only 20 steps to walk to the Serwas side run leading down to the Snow Ghost lift. The best ski in ski out we’ve experienced at Big White. The hot tub is nice and private at the back of the chalet. I would recommend this place to friends and family.

Great all around condo

Overall you will be happy with this condo. The Ski in/ Ski out can’t be beat. Modern big hot tub with lovely forest setting. Kitchen is well stocked. Easy walk home from town. One con: bedrooms are small and wouldn’t be big enough for a playpen

Excellent Condo

This condo was spacious and clean. Ski in ski out was great. A little farther from the village then we anticipated but was still awesome. Only negatives were the parking, not near enough room for four 4x4 vehicles. Which is how many spots there should be. We had to wake people up in one unit so they could move for us to get out. The coffee maker didn’t work and when we asked for a new one we were assured it would be taken care of. It was not and we spent the whole holiday with a broken coffee pot. Overall the stay was wonderful though!

Great cabin for groups

Showers weren’t cleaned at all Shower Towels were good but not enough for 8-10 people Leaky dishwasher Dirty barbecue Pots needs to be replaced, they are way too old and toxic material The hurt un wasn’t clean unfortunately and the filter needed to be changed Really Good wifi, really good size for hot tub

Thank you for staying with us, Azi. We appreciate that you took the time to share your review. We stocked the home for the maximum occupancy which is 10 people. We left 10 towels and 10 hot tub towels. There is also a washer and dryer where guests can launder towels and re-use them. We apologize if this was not sufficient. We will address the dishwasher and pots/pans/kitchenware. We are working with the homeowner to paint and deep clean the home. We hope to host you again soon.

Family with 6 kids

We loved the house and it had plenty of room for us all. Everything was clean and very organized. Plenty of towels for both the got tub and bathrooms. I would definitely stay there again.
