THE COTTAGE
KITCHEN – Bright kitchen completely updated with quartz countertops and cherry wood cabinetry, an oversized double sink, stainless-steel stove/oven with over the range microwave, extra-large refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, Nespresso, Keurig, and 12-cup coffee machines, dish sets, silverware, pots and pans, cookware, etc. Opens into DINING ROOM with circular table under chandelier lighting and built-in corner China cabinet. This cottage has an additional porch with an outdoor dining area too!

BEDROOMS: Pillows, blankets, bed sheets, and bath towels are provided.

LIVING ROOM – Clean and cozy living room facing Mount Gretna Lake has brand new comfortable furniture surrounding a gas fireplace with brick mantle. Direct access to a screened-in porch with outdoor dining & sitting area and a double set of doors lead to the oversized SUNROOM with plush seating and a large, flatscreen Smart TV. Extra-large windows in both rooms provide unparalleled views of the lake!

PORCH – Large, screened-in porch with comfortable furniture and outdoor dining room with large table plus gas grill / BBQ!

BATHROOMS:
1st Floor Bathroom – stackable washer and dryer, stand up shower, toilet, and vanity.
2nd Floor Bathroom - bathtub/shower combination, toilet, and vanity.

WIFI – FREE HIGH-SPEED INTERNET / WIFI!

FIREPLACE/WOODSTOVE – Guests are welcome to use the gas fireplace in the living room.

PARKING - Two (2) off-street parking spaces provided (in front of cottage, towards the end of the lot - not near the steps).
On-street parking by permit only. Any violation subject to penalty by fine/ticket issued by Cornwall Borough Police.
