Get comfortable and enjoy plenty of extra room at this spacious place. Perfect for work or travel. This is an opportunity to book Shepherd's View at a reduced rate by only booking the first story of the house that is more accommodating to 1-2 guests. We provide Starlink internet, and Roku tv. Log into your own streaming services or take advantage of our complimentary Disney + and Paramount + subscriptions and free channels that Roku has to offer. We are located 2 miles from the Elk River Trail, and 35 minutes from the Rail Explorers in Clay.
Guest access:
Kitchen, Dining Room, Living Room, Laundry Room, Bathroom, and Bedroom located on the first floor of the house. Deck and yard. Pets must be on a leash when outside. No smoking.
