There are 2.5 bathrooms downstairs, 2 bathrooms upstairs, and an outdoor bathroom stall with a toilet, sink, and shower. The downstairs ensuite bathroom in the primary suite has a soaking tub and separate shower. The guest bathroom offers a walk-in shower. The downstairs outdoor bathroom stall has a shower, toilet and sink. There is also a half bath downstairs by the laundry room off the kitchen. Upstairs in the primary suite is an open concept (not enclosed) ensuite bathroom with a jacuzzi soaking tub and separate shower. There is also an additional upstairs bathroom with a shower and tub combo.

We provide freshly laundered towels and washcloths for each guest. In addition to the basics, you'll find:

Items of Note

Regarding pets, pet fees are $125 + $20/each pet/per night + any applicable taxes. This will be charged through Airbnb after the booking is confirmed. We ask that you only bring well-behaved pets who are house-trained :) You are responsible for picking up after any pet brought to the property, any damage or disturbance caused by pets, and accept all liability for incidents involving pets. Please note this property is not fully fenced. Thank you!



Guest limits: This property has a guest limit of 10 standard and 18 maximum. Extra guest fees apply beyond standard occupancy.



Maintenance: This property has regularly scheduled pool maintenance/cleaning every Monday & Friday.



Even with our regular pest management services, it’s possible you may encounter wildlife and other creatures at this property, including fire ants, scorpions, wasps, and snakes. Enjoy but be careful and stay on our property at your own risk.



* Before booking, see the House Rules including our policies about being a good neighbor. Failure to follow our House Rules will be considered a violation of your rental agreement and may result in immediate eviction from the property without a refund plus you may incur additional fees and costs.

Guest access

This listing includes the entire house. You’ll have access to the entire property with one exception: The closet in the upstairs hallway guest bathroom is locked for housekeeping and storage.

Other things to note

Please remember to treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP but there is no one living on site 24/7.

Please be advised that the mailbox is strictly for the owner's access only. Kindly make alternative arrangements for receiving your mail.



**If there's any extra trash that doesn’t fit in the bins (which can sometimes happen after gatherings), it may need to be removed separately, and there could be an additional charge. To help avoid any extra fees, we kindly ask that all trash fits securely inside the provided bins.**



Please ensure that all waste is disposed of in the correct bins. Placing trash in recycling or compost containers will result in a fine to cover the cost of a haul-off.



Please note that pool heater is not functional until further notice.
