This beautiful and newly built home sits along the beautiful Yellowstone River about 20 miles south of Livingston. Clean, bright, new, open floor-plan is perfect for larger families or small groups. Endless fishing, hiking and, recreation opportunities lie just outside your door. You can fly fish from the back yard!

The home has 3 private bedrooms and a large family room / loft with a full size futon. There is an additional queen size bed in a bonus room on the main level. The downstairs living room and kitchen have amazing views of the Yellowstone River (close enough to throw a rock). This home feels like 'home' and is very easy to live in.

For you convenience there is a lock box with key by the side door to the house.

Mind-blowing views and riverfront access. Hwy 89 is on one side of the home, yet you really don't hear traffic from the house. There are a few other homes (quiet and spread very far away) from the same turn off; but we would not say you have a neighbor. Garbage service is not available at this location, there are several places nearby to dispose of your bagged garbage, a map will be provided.

A car is needed to get around southwest Montana. The area has very little, if any services like Uber or Lyft. We recommend a 4wd SUV for winter months.

This gorgeous home sits just off Highway 89 South and is on the Yellowstone River, with private access to the river. This also means care must be taken with children and adults around the river.

There is no garbage service in the area, so guests must take their bagged garbage to a local "green bin" during their stay and before departure.
