Private End Unit in a Gated Community - New AC

Come enjoy the big island in our tastefully decorated townhome. Don't book a hotel when you can book your vacation at our spacious villa and enjoy all of the extras we offer. It is conveniently located 18 miles north of the Kona International Airport in Waikoloa Beach Resort.

Our Private end unit Villa has one of the best locations in the complex. It is located on the 15th Fairway of the Waikoloa Beach Golf Course in the luxury gated community of Waikoloa Colony Villas.

This two story villa is an end unit with 17 ft. ceilings and beautiful sunlight. There is no one above or below you so you can relax in a quiet home-like atmosphere with all the amenities you need to have an enjoyable vacation. We provide FREE INTERNET service so you can stay connected.

You will enjoy comfortable furnishings with an island flair. The condo was recently painted and vinyl plank flooring was installed in the downstairs areas. The kitchen features granite counters, a new refrigerator, Bosch dishwasher and has everything you need for eating in. Relax on the lanai while watching the golfers go by. The living room has a 50 inch flat screen TV and a Wifi enabled, Blu Ray DVD player.

Your privacy is guaranteed with a bedroom and bath on each level of our 2-story townhome. The main floor includes a guest room with a queen bed, island furnishings and a TV; a full bath; and a laundry closet with a washer and dryer.

The upstairs master suite has a King bed, a 32 inch flat screen TV & DVD player, ceiling fan and private lanai with views of the golf course. There is also a spacious walk-in closet. The master bathroom features marble counters, dual sinks, separate shower and soaking tub.

We also include everything you need for a great day at the beach: beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, umbrella, snorkel gear, boogie boards & sand toys. There is also a reserved parking place so you are guaranteed a spot.

The WAIKOLOA COLONY VILLAS is a private gated community located on the 15th fairway of the Waikoloa Beach Golf Course. For your enjoyment there are two swimming pools, hot tub, gas barbecues, air conditioned fitness center and tennis courts.

WAIKOLOA BEACH RESORT is a self contained resort. Featuring two golf courses, two hotels (Marriott and Hilton) and the 'KINGS SHOPS'' with over 75,000 square feet of shopping, gourmet restaurants, art galleries and the 'QUEENS SHOPS' with a food pavilion, shopping, restaurants and a grocery store and beautiful Aneahoomalu Bay .. also known as 'A-BAY'...

March Visit

While we found the home itself comfortable and quite sufficient for our needs, the location at Waikloloa required driving constantly (speed bumps are not fun) to the shops, restaurants, and the beach was simply too far to walk to. Our neighbor there who manages the home addressed a few initial problems we found, so overall a good visit.

Excellent value in a great location

The Colony Villas are a great option when staying in Waikoloa and the most reasonably priced. This unit is not as fully updated as others in the complex but it was just fine for our purposes. The master bed is comfortable and everything works. There is a decent selection of kitchen supplies as well as everything you need for the beach.

A nice unit

Tho it had views only of parking lots, the unit was well appointed and had all the beach things you might use. Tho tidy, it was not really clean. One shower had hair on the walls. It appeared not to have been dusted in quite a while. Bedding was just ok.

Great place!

The property was as described and in the pictures. All the beach supplies were a huge bonus, especially the umbrella. The sun is strong at the beach. The location is perfect - close to a lot but without the busyness of some of the other developments in the area. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful place to stay

This was a very well equipped clean and gorgeous house with everything you need for a trip to the Big Island. We enjoyed the area and the pool and the grounds are well looked after. Convenient shopping beaches and restaurants close by. Highly recommended!

Perfect Hawaiian Getaway

This is the perfect homebase for big island adventures. Fantastic location for beach and pool access. Beautiful Condo that is immaculately clean and comfortably furnished. We would love to come back and stay again!

Comfortable and well-appointed

Thank you so much for a very comfortable stay at your beautiful condo. We had everything we needed for the week and really appreciated the full kitchen, laundry, beach towels and chairs. The location is great and the condo neighborhood was quiet and family friendly. Nice pool and hot tub. Close to shopping, beaches, grocery stores.

Excellent Townhouse in an Excellent Location

The pictures are true and correct. The property was clean and had everything stated in the description. The host was available and responded to questions. No issues with the rental. Enjoyed the stay and would book again. The weather was excellent, the property was excellent and fit our needs. Many Thanks for sharing the property with us.

Anniversary

The layout of the upstairs master bedroom/bathroom was ridiculous. The in swinging door completely blocks the bathroom/closet when opened. The kitchen has plenty of dishes but the pots and pans leave a lot to be desired. The entry and the patio were in need of cleaning. Basically we were disappointed in our choose of this unit. It needs some attention

Visiting family

The location is central to lots of beaches and hiking. For me it was also close to family. The property is spacious and comfortable. The beds were comfortable. It had its idiosyncrasies - you have to get in the master shower before turning on the water unless you want to soak the floor (the shower head is not adjustable), the downstairs toilet has issues filling up with water (you have to remove lid and seat the rubber stopper), there are many light switches that do nothing and the Wi-Fi is not suitable for someone who wants to work from home. Minor fixes. I had a fabulous visit and was very comfortable in this beautiful home.

Nice spot

Wonderful experience and location. I’ve been to the Big Island many times and would stay at this property again in a heartbeat. One recommendation I’d make is to change the shower head in the master bathroom. When you turn on the shower, the water sprays out of the shower. There is no way to turn the shower head in a way that prevents this and the floor gets soaked as a result. Super minor detail to an otherwise fantastic property.

Wonderful getaway

Our stay went very smoothly and we found the villa as presented on vrbo. Any questions were always answered quickly and we thoroughly enjoyed the property. Location is good, near several great beaches and the pool was also a bonus. We had grills right out our front door and used for several great meals in. We stayed with another couple and it worked very well. Also the chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and cooler for your beach outing was fantastic! Would definitely go back!!

A great place in a great location

We had a fantastic stay at Mechelle's Waikoloa townhome! A great place in a great location. We love the Big Island and enjoyed visiting a number of different places, for which Waikoloa is a good central home base, while being very close to the island's best beaches! We stayed for just under 2 weeks, but would highly recommend for longer stays as well. The town home complex itself is well appointed with two swimming pools, a small fitness facility, as well as golf courses and resorts all around. All in all a wonderful experience.

Great Proximity To Fun!

My family enjoyed this property. It was located near plenty of activity from shopping to beaches. The unit had plenty of beach equipment that made it easy to just grab and go. The only caution is that the sleeping situation may not work for all families with kids as there are only two beds, a king and queen. We would go again in a heartbeat. Thanks for the great opportunity and reasonable rate!

Beautiful condo in a great location.

The condo was very clean and included all of the essentials to enjoy at the beach including snorkels, masks, and towels. A very nice pool was just a short walk away. We came to the Big Island to golf and this condo was near all of the courses we wanted to play. The owner was very easy to communicate with and also left very clear instructions on how to enjoy our stay including suggestions for shopping and nearby restaurants. I wish we were still there.

Beautiful place in paradise

Loved staying at the condo! It came with everything we needed to enjoy the beaches. Plenty of room to spread out and relax. Never made it to pools because we spent our days at the beaches snorkeling! We would definitely stay here again. Thanks again for sharing your beautiful place with us.
