The property has magnificent views of mountains and bay. I can watch beautiful sunrise and sunset from the deck. The host has details local information about shopping and restaurants. The local property manager is easy to reach and fast response. It has beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and noodles. Amenities are in good condition and have condiments for cooking.

2nd time staying at this complex because we love the area and the layout of the condos. And its hard to find such a spacious lanai at any other condo. The condo itself was perfect. We love that chairs and an ice chest for the beach was there for our use. We look forward to returning again.

We had a great two week stay at this property. The unit is exactly like the photos. The furniture is very comfortable with plenty of spaces to sit and enjoy the view of A-bay and the mountains. The bed in the primary was very comfortable. The kitchen is very functional and well equipped. The large terrace has a nice mix of sun and shade. It has a slight ocean view between other buildings but it was only a sort walk to a beach so we did not care about this. The view of the mountains was spectacular. Waikoloa Vista is a very nice, quiet development with a great pool for lounging or swimming laps. There are not a lot of activities for younger kids. It is an easy walk to shops, restaurants, and The Hilton Resort. A day pass to the Hilton pool complex is well worth the money.

Very nice condo with everything we needed for our vacation. The location is amazing, between A Bay and Waikoloa. Beautiful panoramic view from the lanai volcano to the bay. Great walkable shortcut to Abay and a beautiful beach walk. Clean and well stocked. When we return, weā€™ll book here again!

Fabulous rental

The condo was large, spotless, very quiet, and in a great location. The lanai was very large and provided a lot of shade - easy walk to restaurants, shops, beach area. While there was not a large ocean view, the surrounding trees, mountains, golf course and waterfall were lovely. Great appliances - Bosch dishwasher, large refrigerator with large-capacity ice maker, good drip coffee maker. Nicely remodeled kitchen and bathrooms. We hope to stay here again.

Perfect location

The property surrounding Vista Waikoloa is immaculate. Itā€™s just a short walk to the beach access at the Marriott, and is very close to shopping and as well as food options. The location is also easy access (15-20 min drive) to several beaches in the area. The unit was perfect for us having a washer/dryer as well as full kitchen. The sunrises and sunsets on the balconies are hard to beat. I would highly recommend this place.

Great location for your island stay

Top floor unit with plenty of space and very pleasant views. Short walk to shops and restaurants. Poorly timed multi-day AC maintenance for entire community without prior warning to us was pretty uncomfortable but otherwise it was a great place to stay.

Comfortable and convenient Kohala Coast condo

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. We visit Hawaii every year and this is one of our very favorite places weā€™ve stayed. Spacious and comfortable with great mountain views as well as a peek at A Bay. Convenient to shops and restaurants and many wonderful beaches on the island. Kitchen with a few dated appliances but everything worked reasonably well. Comfy bed, big lanai and central AC. We loved it here and hope to come back next year!!

Great location, wonderful property

I'd stay here again - everything about it was great. The kitchen was stocked better than anywhere I've ever stayed, the location was great for the beaches we wanted to see, the place was clean and the property was quiet. It has a great view and was very comfortable. The packet of information the owner put together had wonderful detail and I referred to it a lot. I hope I'm able to book it again in the future. It was perfect for me and my friend.

This was an excellent property and host. I highly recommend it. We did have an issue but the property manager worked diligently to fix the matter. I was completely satisfied with it. An occasional issue beyond anyoneā€™s control can happen. The response from the property manager was exemplary. The host and the property manager communicated well throughout the process of fixing the issue. This property is nicely decorated without being cluttered. It had beach chairs, beach umbrella, and other items. The property was well equipped with laundry and dishwasher supplies as well as all kitchen equipment we needed and then some. There is a beautiful view of the mountains and a bit of A Bay from the lanai. I would absolutely stay here again.

Everything was as advertised. The local manager was helpful with a couple of minor questions. My only comment would be that a small sachet of coffee would have been nice as a starter pack when I got there - but that is a very minor quibble. Everything was well stocked, including beach gear.

Vista Waikoloa condos offer some of the largest lanai's on the Big Island, giving the condo's a light and airy feel. E301 is perfectly situated on the top floor on the corner giving it maximum views and privacy. The condo's are light and airy and very spacious with large lanais that are perfect to enjoy the tropical weather from. The Vista Waikoloa complex offers a large heated swimming pool and is welcoming and quiet. The grounds are always immaculate with beautiful flowering silk and plumeria trees.
